She saw that I was overwhelmed with a bunch of boxes and dresses and she stepped aside and unpacked and repacked all of the million dresses with me and helped me fit them all into one big box and just organize everything. She took time to help me that she didn't have to take and her kindness and patience literally made my day. She was sooo sweet. I went into UPS store 6929 to return an Amazon package on 09/23/2026 4pm CST. I did not have a…read moreshipping label but had it on my phone. They told me to email the shipping label to the store and they would print it for $1.08 I complained to them that this is not right to be charging customers to reprint a UPS shipping label. I told the attendant to tell their manager that i said that this is not right to charge customers to reprint a shipping label. The manager came out and i told her that i did not like being charged $1.08 to reprint a UPS shipping label. She told me that she would not accept my return and that i need to take it somewhere else. At that point, they had already re-printed the label and my credit card had already been charged $1.08 for their fee. She told me that she would not accept the package and threw my package in the UPS trash can. I told her that she has to accept the package because It's in the stores possession. She then takes the package out of the trash and put it in the through the amazon return package out of the store. First, the store should not be allowed to charge customers to reprint a UPS label. I have taken unprinted labels to any UPS store and they have reprinted at no charge. The UPS store had possession of my item and then throwing it in the trash and on the curb is clearly a violation and mishandling of packages. Thirdly, this manager should be fired from the store for her behavior. I have never been treated so rude by a UPS employee.
