In the past I rented from people I never saw, had a hard time getting ahold of anyone for maintenance purposes, and unfortunately had my rent checks lost by landlords on more than one occasion. With the Rossos, I am able to pay my rent and request maintenance via a web portal they have set up for their tennants-- so convenient! The maintenance folks are speedy and always leave a business card and note as well-- very thoughtful. My apartment was also very well kept upon move-in; new carpet had been installed, wall re-painted, and tub re-glazed. Nothing but professionalism all around. any property managed by these low lives is not worth it!!! the property manager has been holding…read moreonto my $272 deposit for over a month! they are quick to deny and slow to refund you, the property manager will give you 100 and one excuses as to why you haven't received your money back. was given the corporate number to call (of course in an effort to shoo me away) and i've been calling corporate for the past two weeks with no answer? even when you try to leave a message, the answering machine clicks on you before you can even get your name out. i'm highly annoyed with the unprofessionalism from a property that wasnt even worth the tour.
