I get a call while at the funeral home and told. when I got released from dr. to go back to work I have to reapply. no compassion for the loss of my son in a tragic accident. no "I'm sorry for your loss" card a sympathy call. nothing but told I may not have a job. on top of dealing with the loss of my child. then was harassed and threatened by a maintenance man. and nothing was done. my daughter (white) and her boyfriend (black) and grandson (mixed) live here and they are the only multiracial family in the park and are constantly harassed. with violations "complaints" they work 3rds and never home at night and sleep during the day. and now since my grandson is with me a lot while parents are working or sleeping I'm getting harassed. with violations. about my 5pound dog. and saying there are dog feces everywhere. there is not. and that my yard is a mess. and it isn't . I have nothing in my yard. and my porch about storage and debris. when the only thing on my porch is and outside stargaze shelf. very small. the dog pooper scooper. and some leafs. a violation for needing to power wash my home. when 2 years ago maintenance removed my water Spicket and has never replaced it. how can I power wash when "management/maintenance " removed my outside water source? and reduce to replace it. and I feel it's all due to my daughter and her family being biracial. never had an issue until management "Marrie Delahye and John Stanley" realized my daughter was dating a Black man and my grandson was Mixed.

The maintenance folks are speedy and always leave a business card and note as well-- very thoughtful. My apartment was also very well kept upon move-in; new carpet had been installed, wall re-painted, and tub re-glazed. Nothing but professionalism all around.
