I went to the store and saw the door was open, so I called again, no answer. I finally roused cashier who just standing at her counter. She told me to call the order in so I told her nobody is answering. She told me to keep try again. I called again and there was no answer so I went bak to the door and asked her if she could just grab me some yard waste bags, I'll tap to pay and it will be over in 2 secs. She said I need to call, and told me there was no manager to speak to. I'll never go to another Home Hardware ever, and I'll tell whoever I can about my experience.

It was later in the day but our late arrival did not stop Steve and his wife from allowing us to browse undisturbed. They kindly sought out several project boards from the back room that had not been on display yet. We purchased three beautiful slab boards and some other items, among them a very hard to find replacement lever for my Jointer. I was surprised how little it cost and was very impressed with the variety of other wood products, tools, abrasives and cabinet hardware. Too much to list.
