I was fitted on a tuesday afternoon and the suits were ready for fitting #2 in a couple days. When I came back for the fitting the suits fit perfectly and they told me I could alter them however I wanted to. But they were sized perfectly and i didnt need to make any alterations. I am very particular about my clothing and Larry Rashmi and his family are very particular about doing excellent work and satisfying their customers. Look no further, you have found the best. As I walked through Tsim Sha Tsui, I was hassled and hustled by nearly a dozen different hawkers, trying to get me into their shops. "One day! Three Suits!" "Custom shirt for you!", but I knew better. No one can make a decent suit in that short a time. I brought my own fabrics from around the globe to Larry. He was able to work with some of them but not all. He made no excuses, but simply showed my wife and I why certain fabrics would not be appropriate for certain clothing pieces. He was very polite and had a wonderful sense of humor, all the while remaining extremely professional. We were in Hong Kong for two weeks. After our initial consultation and choosing some of Rashmi Custom Tailors fabrics to compliment my own, Larry called me back a few times to check for proper fit. I consider this important attention to detail. This made the shirts, vest and pasts fit perfectly. Then, Larry was very patient with me. He measured twice and cut once. The results are exquisite. I had a vest and pants made of pink corduroy and several custom shirts. All fit perfectly. I would only recommend Rashmi Custom Tailors to my friends and colleagues. I have been wearing my custom clothing ever since I left Hong Kong and I love it!

I wish i have never use their service at all…read more I gave them my suit and some of my shirts for dry cleaning in early April and was told by the owner Mr.chan that I can pick up the shirts in a few days time but needed to come back again for the suit. I went back to the place 2 weeks later for my suit but got told off by this Mr chan as he insisted for the fact that I have already picked it up during my first visit! I was shocked yet I remained very polite, but only to learn that he is a very horrible person to deal with, I asked if he can help and make a call to the dry cleaning factory, he refused to provide any help at all. He was not cooperative in anyway and it was almost impossible to speak to. What he said to me was also very insulting, he literally asked if I am mentally disabled . He left me no other choices but to get the police involved. The police came but they couldn't investigate further as I was told I will need to provide evidence for not getting the suit. It was very frustrating but I couldn't act any further at that point. One week later I received a call from Mr.Chan telling me about a suit that they have received from the dry cleaning factory which "might" be my missing item. I went to the shop at once and finally get hold on the suit, however it was all scrambled up and the pants were TORN APART. They were definitely not in such condition when I bought them down to the laundry. I was raged but yet I remained calm and ask for compensation. Of course just like many of the previous conversations this Mr. Chan was being as rude as he could be and did not take responsibility for the incident. He even asked me to contact the police or any authority that I think best suited. I am definitely taking his suggestion and will bring this to justice. I hope everyone can get a chance to read this and STOP using their service. If you know anyone who is currently using their services, please also let them know about this before its too late.
