Called and made an appointment for 10 am today March 18th. They said it would take 2 to 3 hours to attach the hitch and connect the electric hook up. Now 99% of us would assume that it would be done around ! or at the latest 2 pm and when I called at !:15 the girl who answered the phone told me that they are working on it and would call when It was finished. I made the 10 am appointment to avoid rush hour as we are retired and avoid stress as much as possible. I called again at 2:30 to try to pin down a completion time and got into a heated discussion with the so called "installation specialist". He claimed that he told me that the 10 am appointment was only a drop off time and that they couldn't guarantee any time for pick up as they led me to believe. He never explained that when I dropped it off or in prior conversations on the phone. I told him that had I known that I would have and gone elsewhere. He then told me that I was welcome to come in and pick it up and do just that. I asked if it was attached yet and he said no but they were about to start it telling me that the information I received at 1:30 was a lie. He asked if I wanted it done and I said yes. He said as before that they would call when it was completed. At 4:30 I finally got a call from another employee that it was done. My wife drove me in from Lancaster in rush hour traffic only to find that the "installation specialist" who I waited 6 weeks for, didn't do it anyway and passed it off to his apprentice. Brought my 05 Crown Victoria leaking rear transmission fluid and told them I had already paid a shop that said that they fix the issue but clearly they didn't so I tried Park Place out the technician saw the transmission puddle it left in his parking lot and yet I waited three weeks for him to tell me that my water pump has some play in it and had no information about why my transmission was leaking. He then goes to tell me that would be 400 and something odd dollars to fix my water pump but had no information besides my transmission fluid being a little over. When I asked if there's some hole that the transmission fluid would leak out of if it were over filled he again had no answer for me he said he would have to put it back up on the Lift to figure that out. This is where I lost complete faith in this place as my original request was to figure out why was leaking transmission fluid here we are three weeks later with no information about my transmission fluid leak but apparently I have a bad water pump. I walk in the next day around 10 2 and told the two ladies at counter that I don't feel like this place is going to figure out my issue with my transmission and that I would like to take my vehicle. All of a sudden they had answers to why the transmission may have been leaking when the day prior the guy said it would take him until next weekend to get it back on the lift and now first thing in the morning they have an answer for me when I want to take my vehicle elsewhere. They charged me $55 to tell me absolutely nothing about why I left a puddle of transmission fluid in their parking lot. These guys are Crooks they're in it for money. They would rather make a few hundred dollars off of you in diagnosing absolutely nothing then actually fixing the actual issue. The professionalism here is out the window front counter girls who I believed to be the owner's daughter just laughed in my face and continues to try to talk over me when I had nothing else to say I just wanted my keys and to pay my bill and be on my way you don't just magically pull answers out of your ass when you don't have them unless you already have them.
