The building has great COVID-19 screening protocols so the location doesn't have to do that work also. The staff are good at contact-less payment and receipt provision. They do not direct bill, but are clear as to their charges. Honestly, if it wasn't for this place, my health wouldn't be as great as it is now. I am ever so thankful for my visits and my physiotherapist, Elizabeth, is great. My partner has also been here to see a couple of different staff members with good results. I really appreciated being able to fill out my intake forms online to save time at my first appointment. They also send email and text appointment reminders which is great, AND they'll email your exercises to do at home so there's no worry about forgetting! The facility is very clean, nice and new! The receptionist was very helpful with my benefits and answered some questions I had. My physiotherapist Laura was really great! She is super friendly and made sure to get all the background info on my injury. She was very thorough in assessing my shoulder, limitations, range of motion and pinpointing the areas of pain. She made sure I understood everything she was doing, every step of the way. I received some massage, IMS, joint manipulation and electrical stimulation with a nice warm heating pad.
