I came in here to ask about a service, and when I came in, there was loud music playing, and some men were laughing and talking with a group of women that were dressed really provocative. Some of them turned and looked at me, but they kept laughing and just turned back around. It was so awkward, I just stood there for a couple more seconds until one man asked if I needed something. At this point, I already knew I wouldn't be back. They did not invite me to come look around the shop or offer to help; they just gave the vibe that I was intruding on some private event or conversation. It was incredibly awkward. I had my ears repierced a month ago at a shop up the street. My right ear piercings we're crooked. I stopped at Primos to get them redone. Mike took care of me. I had taken the one out & let it close back up. They were both crocked so Mike angled it slightly to line up perfectly. Nice little shop. Mike made sure everything was clean & sterile. I came here to get my ears pierced since my sisters got here's here. Once arriving I waited and as I was waiting some man who works there comments on my dress. I was on my weight loss journey and I wanted to wear a dress because I felt beautiful that day. However, his comment on my dress was, "where can I buy a dress like that for my grandma." I didn't think to much on it, until I repeated it to a friend. Overall, very disrespectful and rude. Another occasion, I came here to accompany my brother on getting his ears pierced. Once arriving we waited for some guy to get off the phone. We over hear him ordering food. Assuming he would get the job done then get his food. He said, he was getting his food first then help us. This tattoo shop illegally pierced my underage daughter without a parent present. My kids mother said she gave permission to another parent which she can't do. I have filed a police incident as it's an infraction and am filing a civil suit against this company and shop owner who apparently doesn't exist as the shop manager is the only one who contacted me. Probably the owner but shows his character. As all our calls recorded he thinks he can not accept liability now even though whatever was sent to him is after the date in question no parent was present and no notarized letter exists. No accountability no sincere apology and no action to change surprising unexpected parents with a permanent surprise on their child. Most unprofessional thing I've ever heard of. Came here for a piercing and had a bad experience with Johnny. Overheard him be really inappropriate with women and he's offensive. Primos really needs to let him go or someone should talk to him about proper customer service. I've spoken to other people about it and he makes them feel uncomfortable too. Avoid. read more

My daughter has been incessantly pestering me to take her to get her ears pierced for about a month, so I finally brought her in to do it... when looking into places in my area I knew that I wanted to find a place that doesn't use those horrendous piercing guns like at Icing/Claire's (a whole 'nother nightmare). We were walk-ins and were greeted immediately. My kid is 6 and, of course, started getting really nervous. We sat there for about 25 minutes just trying to calm her down and talk her through it. Her piercer (I didn't get his name :/) was especially patient with her, considering he told us he usually doesn't pierce little ones, and when she finally did it he was nice enough to celebrate with her. I'd recommend this place any time, and I'm thankful for the experience. read more

I called the shop and was able to get a same day appointment for a nose piercing. The owner of the shop was very thorough and kind, pierced my nose in no time. You can park behind the building (as it sits on a one-way street). The shop is accepting cash right now. $50 for a nose piercing including the gem. Definitely recommend, no muss no fuss shop! read more

My friend and I went in to get matching tattoos and on the phone they sounded super welcoming but once we got there we were treated with a lot of disrespect. We wanted dinosaur tattoos and the artist that we were talking to was criticizing our designs calling them childish and then proceeded to tell us they were $200 each when these tattoos were no bigger than a pinky. I think after being treated horribly the price just seemed absolutely ridiculous and not a place we'd want to support. read more

So I was calling around looking into getting my septum done, and after some time I came down to two shops- this one recommended by my sister. I called and the man on the other line was nice- really friendly and totally willing to work with me on a time to come in since I didn't clock out until late. I walked in was greeted by a friendly face and some rad artwork on the walls. Some questions were asked, and before I knew it I was taken back to get my septum pierced. He had sterile tools; gloves, a clean needles, cleaning solution (that didn't sting at all, a super plus!), the whole 9 yards. He made sure I was comfortable and was patient with me as I asked probably 100 questions. It was over and done with in a matter of minutes and holy mackerel- you get so much more for the price you pay to get mod.s done here. I can't recommend these guys enough. read more

My friends and I came in today for piercings, we had an amazing experience! My friend and I got our nipples done and our piercer made sure we were well taken care of and was very patient with how much of babies we were. I originally went here to get a quote on a tattoo that I was intrested in getting done. They said come back later around 3 and we will knock it out. showed up at 2:55 and they pretty much told me to get out because there to busy, even though the place was empty, and they were playing around with their phones. The place smelled like an outhouse and didn't really look to clean. I'm actually happy they told me to reschedule my appointment. Never setting foot in that place again. read more
