She was kind and considerate and made the process easy. I have had plenty of tattoos in the past amd I can say she is very light handed, hence her nick name, Angel Hands. Tattoos can become uncomfortable after awhile especial when it is an all day sitting. But she made is as comfortable as possible. Dont let her young age fool you, she is an exceptional artist and tattooist. She is a great addition to their shop, and I will be coming back to her again in the near future. I picked the one shown in the picture (which was a brand new piece they got in yesterday!) , so honestly after everything it came out to $100 flat which is honestly such a good deal when you know you're getting a clean, sterile piercing with amazing service. So, I gave up wearing earrings and figured my holes closed up. I didn't think twice about it, until I realized how soon I was getting married and really wanted to wear earrings. After sharing my story with a dear friend of mine, she told me she had the same experience and needed to get her ears re-pierced. She had a great experience with Grand Legacy Tattoo...and that was enough for me! Off we went! My fiancé and I arrived on a Friday night. Grand Legacy Tattoo is located at the end of a strip mall. Parking is super easy. We were greeted as we parked...isn't timing everything? I told them what I needed and off we went. Super clean and a great vibe! Artwork everywhere, bright lights. Shannon couldn't have been any nicer! She listened to my story and got to work right away. Lo and behold, I didn't need my ears re-pierced. Everything was still open- I just needed titanium earrings. Based on what I told her, it sounded like I developed some kind of allergy to certain metals. I picked out the cutest titanium CZ circular studs. Shannon is a pro at what she does and a delight to chat with! As of this yelp review, I've been wearing my cute little earrings for 12 hours now, even slept in them. No irritation, no inflammation. Super comfortable. Take note: cash only establishment- no credit cards. They accept Venmo, Zelle, etc. My fault for missing ALL the posted signs. Venmo to the rescue! Even tho I was the one paying and I was there as a minors adult guardian. I was about to drop $300 on piercings at a place that values and respects its customers so well that they wouldn't even let them use the restroom. After waiting over an hour! Pathetic. Don't waste your time or money. There are over 1 million tattoo shops in San Diego that do just as good of a job, but actually treat their customers with respect. Fucking joke of a shop.

Some of them turned and looked at me, but they kept laughing and just turned back around. It was so awkward, I just stood there for a couple more seconds until one man asked if I needed something. At this point, I already knew I wouldn't be back. They did not invite me to come look around the shop or offer to help; they just gave the vibe that I was intruding on some private event or conversation. It was incredibly awkward.
