Amazing Experience - Highly Recommended!…read more We had such a great experience at this shop! First, my daughter Jona had her very first nose piercing (nostril), and everything went so smoothly. The artist made her feel comfortable and explained everything clearly. The piercing looked beautiful, and the healing process was surprisingly fast. After seeing how well it went for her, I decided to finally get my septum piercing -- something I had always wanted to do. I thought it might be painful, but honestly, when you trust your artist and you really love what you're doing, the whole experience becomes exciting rather than scary. It went great, and my healing process was fast too! A big kudos to the artist who took such good care of us. We left feeling happy, confident, and with no worries about the healing process. As a mom, seeing my daughter have a positive first experience meant a lot to me. Definitely 5 stars for us! Highly recommended for anyone thinking about getting a piercing.

When I first reached out through Yelp to schedule an appointment I got a reply right away but then…read morewhen it came to actually scheduling something I got no further responses. I wanted to come here because of the reviews and it's close to my house, so I started a new request and this time the owner actually had an artist (Pierre) contact me, but she seemed annoyed that I reached out again. So from the start the customer service was lacking. But the reviews were good so I went ahead with the appointment. During the visit everything went ok. The artist didn't say more than a few words to me the whole time, but that's fine. The tattoo itself took about an hour, which is about how long it took him to set up so all in all I was there for a little less than 2 hours. The artist didn't even have to draw the tattoo, I sent him pictures ahead of time. A simple butterfly. And I was so overcharged I still can't believe I actually paid that much. When he told me the price ($350! For a tattoo that took an hour and he didn't even have to draw) I didn't even know what to say. I am not a confrontational or argumentative person, so I paid and left. But now I can't get over how much he had the nerve to charge me for this service. And, being a polite person and still slightly in shock/denial over being told the price, I still actually tipped him! So that's my bad. And, looking closely at the tattoo there's several wonky lines and it's not really symmetrical. So I'm pretty bummed about being extremely overcharged for a so-so tattoo and I definitely wouldn't recommend this place.

This turned out to be one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. The staff was unprofessional, and the overall experience was very disappointing. Honestly, it's not even worth one star. Tip: If you want to waste your time and money, I would definitely recommend this place.

He was easy to work with throughout the process, and I'm already looking forward to coming back for another piece. The owner was incredibly welcoming, as were the other artists. I also got to see some excellent work coming out of the shop while I was there. I'm really happy with my tattoo and would gladly recommend Oleksander and the team.
