Bruce was very kind and understanding of the nature of the emergency call and came over to see what the problem was within a very short period of time. He came back the next morning with Justin (I hope I remembered his name correctly) to make all the needed repairs. They repaired all the problems and explained everything I needed to do when the water was turned back. They both explained everything that was done and how each fix worked. I am not a first-time customer, actually, this was the third time I have had WaterBoy Plumbing services come to my home, but I can say they are the best. Such a wonderful group of people. Thank you again, Bruce, for coming out on the 3 AM call. Awesome service.

What he said above is factually incorrect. DO NOT utilize this company. My boiler was so messed up I had to hire a plumber to fix what his employees screwed up. There was nothing wrong with my unit until PICA HVAC touched it. I asked Alex, tech, why don't you change the ignighter! He said it didn't need it. Weil MClain has a different opinion. 5 times I had Pica out to my home. If it was done right the first time it wouldn't have taken 4 more times. And it still wasn't right. Your employees aren't trained properly. And the owner has no business owning a business.

My advice is to get an estimate in advance before you schedule service with them so you are not as negatively surprised as I was.

Spent 18k for them to trash my house while they worked, ruin my newly refinished hardwood floors and take them 3-4 months to finish, only to find out the central air unit had so many things wrong with the install that it had to be fully replaced. Split unit has a crimp in the copper line which now faults after running 30-45 minutes. Toe kick heaters never turn on due to the way they ran the lines to them.
