The employee put my guitar down and said I had to wait because they had to serve 'customers who were actually buying things'. I guess they didn't want me to buy anything there. I took my guitar and went to Firehouse where they took care of me and I walked out with a new guitar.

Glad it's out of business. The owner was a snob. Just there to make a quick buck selling factory…read moreseconds. A friend of mine took an amp in for repair. Four months later it was still not fixed. I was also in the store when he called a customer who had bought a guitar and was explaining to him that he had to return it or pay more because it was sold to him as a factory second but was supposedly brand-new without blemish.
