She is very knowledgeable, fun, and accommodating to all the guests that come through. She doesn't shy away from letting you try any instrument in the store. Dean is also on staff and he is very helpful. No, I mean like, very very out of this world helpful! We actually chatted through Thumbtack to get things arrangeds for my daughters piano lessons. I wanted in home, but he was determined to find a teacher that would be the best fit for our schedule and needs. Here's a little secret about Southtown. I had an experience with a guitarist I found through a Groupon deal at Southtown. It discouraged me a little from playing. But Kendra and Dean really redeemed themselves. They don't know this, which is why I can say their service is genuinely from the heart of caring about sharing their passion for music. Thank you Southtown!

She also brings a lot of knowledge, wisdom and years of experience along with a positive attitude to the table. I also hired her along with a piano player named Scott Taylor for my wedding back in October to perform 5 songs, and they both did a phenomenal job at it, we had them play two songs as my Wife and I's first dance, and had her sing The Lord's Prayer during the ceremony, her voice is so beautiful and really did each song justice.
