My son and I were in and out in 15 minutes, although we may have lucked out timing-wise. The rental process is simple and well-considered. I was asked to give either my SSN or my MI license # which is understandable as the cello we rented retails at a little over $1500 (I opted for the MI license). The plus side is that all rental fees count as credit towards the purchase of a brand new instrument down the road if the music love continues into high school. All in all a positive experience that will hopefully help my son's love of music grow!

This time, there was a glitch in the ordering system. It said it could not ship to my address. I cleared my shopping cart and used their contact form to let them know. I was greeted by someone who was new, and I had a lot of questions. She had great attitude, her skill and knowledge simply needed improving because she was new. She said, "Hey Sam, can I get your opinion on this?" This is where my mind was blown. Samantha Robinson appeared and took my breath away with her professionalism and inner beauty. She treated me like a guest, not a customer, and made me feel like my small watch purchase was the biggest purchase in the world. My heart is still beaming. Every time I wear my watch I will remember her skill, attitude and knowledge! Highly recommend this awesome store. They even called the district manager to get me a better price once I told them I would buy today!!! Thanks again Rogers & Hollands!

Brian came to tune my Yamaha upright Disklavier which had fallen painfully out of tune. He quoted me his rate for tuning which, believe it or not, is unusual for Grand Rapids. Now, it is a pleasure to play my piano again. His fee for tuning was exactly what we agreed on by phone. If you have a piano that needs tuning or service, call Brian Bode Piano Tuning and Repair. I HIGHLY recommend him.
