I personally like the fact that Tom lets you choose what style of photo strip you would like. For my company party we did the standard strip of 4 vertical photos and for our wedding we had a 4x6 print with one large photo and 3 smaller photos. After our wedding Tom put together a scrap book with all of the photos and notes people wrote to us and even printed some extra copies of photos including my husband and I. Horrible experience. From start to "finish", it was absolutely horrible. I hired ALEX and he sent a…read moreguy named Vlad, who I later found out had his own business- so basically he subcontracted the job to make a quick buck. Everything we spoke about was never done (voiceover interviews...etc). Vlad left most events early and was more focused on eating than getting family interviews or important moments (he never took any footage of our cake cutting from our reception.) Alex took all the money up front and then forgot it seemed that he still had to provide a service. I don't know how Alex is in business. I could write pages on how horrible it was dealing with him. He screamed at me when I went to go see him with my mother to discuss our footage. I was six months pregnant and had been extremely sick and trying to follow Alex's manical directions, at first he wanted all the edits done sent in an email, then he couldn't place said email, then he wouldn't follow the format of the email. It was beyond stressful. This man should never be in a service based industry, especially one in which people pay you to record their best day. FYI on top of that his editing quality is sub par, cheap, and tacky.

They said we would come back up at night to take more. They never reminded us. Also, when we were taking pictures. I thought the photographer would ask if I had grandparents to take pictures with. I reminded myself to get a picture with my grandma. Thank god. I got one! Also, we took a picture with the rolls royce. They didn't even get a picture of us with the front view of the car. I downloaded an app just to cut people out of my pictures. Just get a shot of my whole dress alone lol The best things were the video and wedding album. The YouTube short clip was great. I recommended you just use them as your videographer not photographer.

I made a whole list and spent a few days talking to him about my expectations as the bride of what photos I wanted. the day of the wedding, he had people who we had never discussed would be there taking our photos and I had never even spoken with these people about what I wanted as the bride so everything I had noted was pretty much disregarded. I didn't appreciate that Zak did a bait and switch with who would be taking my wedding photos. In all, the photos turned out alright. my main issue is with the video. we waited almost three months for our wedding video, so I was expecting a really great video. the video was 1.5 hours long and was completely unedited. the preview videos were amazing, but when the true video came around it was just horrible. Zak said he hadn't even watched the whole video to see what had happened and that he hired a third party to do the editing. whoever did the video just did not even put in effort to making sure our wedding video was taken care of. it is now almost March and my wedding was last August and we still don't have a wedding video from Zak. we can hardly even contact him for any update on the video or when we should expect it. If someone recommends him to you, I would be wary that he may not respond to you often and may not provide the best product. It's very upsetting that we were recommended to him but he just has not delivered.
