They have admitted that they have a technical problem that needs to be solved and "are working on it". However, they refuse to stand behind their customer experience. I was and am unable to enjoy sports that I paid for because of their own technical difficulties but sling refuses a partial refund or credit. For $5 credit they could have had a supportive consumer and avoided this, but I tell everyone I know about this. Do not buy anything from them if you expect basic capabilities and or customer service of any kind.
