They patched the holes and applied an epoxy coating over the whole patio with a natural sand texture. Its beautiful, its easy to clean. Without their help, would have had to take up the old patio and replace it for many time the cost.

The company had originally installed the straps in August, 2010. A representative had come out to the house to evaluate and estimate the project in April, but I was not ready for the work to commence until late May. When I consulted the business card I had been given by the rep, I found the information on the card to contain a dead web domain and a non-working email and phone number, which doesn't do the business any good. Eventually finding the company's new incarnation as "The Concrete Team", I called twice (to be sure my message got through) and emailed them through their website to let them know that I was ready for the work to begin. When I got an email response from the company owner, Jim Denney, I pointed out the misleading information on the business card as not being helpful when I went to contact them. Instead of thanking me for pointing out the misleading information, Mr. Denney stated, "You're busting balls. Stop or I'll cancel your job". Say WHAT?? I responded that I didn't appreciate his attitude, but, cluelessly, Mr. Denney continued to berate me, which left me wondering how this company did any business at all with him at the helm. He ended with, "Your job is cancelled", which led me to request that he return the down payment check I had earlier sent in the mail. It took three weeks for the check to be returned to me. How you conduct yourself with your customers reflects back onto the company itself. I took my business to a different company which treated me with the respect I deserved, and also did an outstanding job replacing the basement reinforcement straps. You should too.
