I had one company bring in 12 cubic yards but they were unable to dump it in my backyard due to a slope they did not feel their truck could negotiate, so I had to pay a second contractor to move the pile from the end of my driveway to the depression. Andrew surveyed my backyard and was confident his driver could deliver 2 loads, 6 cubic yards each, exactly where I needed it so I could finish the job. And he did just that on the day I needed it.

Not a man of his word... he told me to call him when I was ready to pick up the load, however, he pulled the dumpster I rented for $400, two days prior to the week's rental timeline and didn't even give me the courtesy to let me know. When I called him to tell him that I was surprised that the dumpster was removed early and for clarification on what happened, he didn't even remotely apologize He also lied and said he picked it up on Thursday and said he gave me some "additional days". Thanks to cameras on my home.. he can be held accountable. He had an appalling attitude upon delivering the dumpster as well. I will not be using Affordable Dumpsters services again and I highly suggest you don't as well. Spread the word. I certainly know I will. He is one deep and that alone is telling. He does this job by himself at the age of 65 or so and crying that he doesn't have help. I can see why. I am surprised this didn't draw a red flag earlier for me. But you know now.. you have been warned. He behaves very entitled, privileged and narcissistic. And although I am only one of maybe 10 reviews on this site, I would highly recommend you consider another dumpster company when in need. Don't put yourself through this.

No other equipment such as a shop vac or a safe way to handle the sewage water. No tarps to protect the rug, curtains, or furniture. In an effort to find the pipe opening, they removed 10 buckets of sewage water, carrying the sloshing filth through the room and hallway and dumped the stuff in the street. Someone called the police after stepping in feces. Sing never found the opening to the pipe. He charged $400 and departed. Later he came back to clean up the sewage he had thrown in the street. The next day a different plumber used a crowbar to find the opening to the pipe and inserted the snake. Once the clog was cleared, all the sewage water went down the pipe. He then used his shop vac to thoroughly clean the area.

Do not overlook this company simply because they don't have many reviews yet. If they continue rendering such stellar service as they did for me today, their Yelp page will be overflowing with 5-star reviews in the near future! I contacted them 2-3 days before I needed a move-out cleaning. This being the "social distancing era", I send them video walk-through of my apartment and some pictures of particularly problematic areas. One of those areas included an oven that I never used for two years because it was already so DISGUSTING when I first moved in, and a storage area that mice had apparently been using as their personal toilet for the previous year, unbeknownst to me. Hairo did not make me feel bad about booking last minute, or for requesting Sunday service (when they are normally closed), OR for the supreme nastiness of my apartment's problem areas. He just said, "Yes, we can do this." He sent me a quote via text which gave a line-by-line breakdown of precisely everything they were going to do, and it was split into sections by room type (kitchen, bathroom, living room, etc.). Very organized and professional. Today was my move-out and their cleaning service was THE ONLY THING that was good about the day. Hairo and his team showed up on time for our appointment, and friends, you CANNOT imagine how mortified I was when they walked in and saw that I wasn't done packing yet. That had never happened to me before, and I didn't even know what to say. Hairo would have been well within his rights to cancel service for the day (because with a move-out clean, it is assumed that you will have moved everything out before the cleaning crew gets started). It would have been more than understandable if he had given me a look that said, "Come ON. This is unacceptable." But instead, he calmly surveyed the state of things, reassured me that it was going to be ok, called a fourth team member to come join them, and then instructed his team to grab boxes and start helping me pack. I could have cried, I was so grateful for the help. At no point did any of them appear frustrated or angry at the extra work. Instead, they smiled at me and reassured me whenever I apologized to them or gave them a look that said, "I know, I'm a piece of trash." They were each very respectful when packing my items and they did their best to put like-use items together in the same boxes. They worked quickly and were done helping me pack in just under an hour! My friend and I started to load up our vehicles to transport my boxes to my new apartment, and by the time we got back to pack up for round two, Hairo's team was done!! I couldn't believe it. I walked into an apartment that smelled UNBELIEVABLY clean and fresh - almost as if they had planted a grove of lemon trees somewhere behind the walls. Everything was literally gleaming and sparkling. It looked beautiful. Hairo walked me through the apartment to show me all the big tasks they completed as well as the detailed work on the problem areas. The graveyard of mouse feces was almost unrecognizable from before. They had even moved my fridge out from the wall to clean the droppings BEHIND it -- which I had not asked them to do but was so impressed by. Everything was perfect, and they managed to do it in 90 minutes or less! Hairo and his team needed to rush off to another cleaning job so I was not able to fully express my gratitude toward their professionalism, empathy for my embarrassment at not having been ready for them, and their positive, can-do attitudes the entire time they were here. I paid them via Venmo for the amount they quoted me, and then separately sent a gratuity for each of the 4 team members as a token of appreciation for their efforts. If I could have tipped them each $200, I would have. That's how much I felt they *truly* deserved for a job so supremely well done. So please, do yourself a favor and hire this company for whatever your cleaning needs may be. They are a family-run company and they are incredibly hard-working and professional. I took several of Hairo's business cards and will be handing them out to friends and colleagues whenever anyone mentions needing a cleaner! I can't wait to be able to use them again.
