Mike called a week or so later to say the crew would be here at 8 am the next day. Crew was on time. They roped off the driveway so no one would drive on it. Next day it is pouring rain, and my garage floor is dry!!! Could not be more satisfied with the job.

The paving has 1 depression where water pools. Paving was not compacted on 10' of one edge. Grass & weeds are growing through the paving after 6 months. I had to sue Clark Myers to force them to finish the job. At this point, they did everything up to the actual paving. As soon as they received the paperwork from the Scotia Town Court, their lawyer contacted me. If I withdraw the lawsuit, Clark Myer will finish the job.

Spring came and we had a big bulge in part of the driveway, seems a BIG boulder was pushed up from underneath the driveway and cause a bulge that resembled a volcano. Called Justin Lenihan and although it took awhile to finally connect he came to review the bulge. Not knowing what it was for sure within two weeks Justin came back with his crew and dug up the bolder then patched up the hole. Although there is a noticeable difference he honored the work he had done and didn't charge us anything more even though it wasn't Lenihan fault. Honest and fair guy and company. July came and went, with multiple attempts on my end. No response, ignored, or lied to and told "he'll get back to you". I was once told "we'll be there next week" by one of his employees who answered but obviously that came and went as well. Here I sit, in October, with still NO RESPONSE FROM JUSTIN and no corrective action plan in place. The dishonestly is truly disappointing and I will not be recommending this company to anyone. How do you admit the driveway isn't done well; and yet never fix it????? Things happen, people get busy, I get it- but we're headed into winter now with an unfinished job from APRIL. Infuriated to say the least

He quoted my chimney repair as a 3-day job, but the project quickly became disorganized. Different workers showed up almost every day, they often arrived without the proper tools or materials, and work was repeatedly delayed. At one point, Bob even had to borrow a ladder from a neighbor, and he left concrete debris along the side of my yard. The most serious issue was that Bob caused significant damage to my home by stepping through the ceiling in my foster children's room. Instead of being upfront, he initially misrepresented where the damage was so I wouldn't notice. Since April 2026, he has repeatedly promised to repair the damage and "gave his word" multiple times, but he has failed to follow through. After weeks of missed appointments and excuses, he finally returned only to say he was overwhelmed and needed someone else to help fix the damage he caused. At this point, I simply want the ceiling repaired properly or a refund so I can hire someone else to fix the damage. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Bob's services. Bob, there is no need to lie about anything. Also, using your mother's account still is unprofessional. But since I am "lying" let me attach some proof you cannot deny as well as the message you sent in response to my yelp review, which wasn't very professional I may add. I am going to expose you for the professional you aren't. And this matter will be rectified.
