I had an electrical issue that affected three rooms in my home, both the outlets and the lights would stop working for months and then for no apparent reason would come on again. This went on for years but I put off having anyone come out to fix it thinking it would be too costly. I finally decided I'd have an electrician come out to at least tell me what the issue was. A coworker suggested I look on YELP for an electrician with good reviews, this is where I luckily found Josh. He was in my area and every review was positive so I called him, not only did he agree to see me on a Saturday which I really appreciated he also quoted me very reasonable rates. Josh showed up on time and found the problem within a half hour, it was a faulty outlet which he replaced promptly. I sure wish I would have called Josh years ago! He had everything working tip top and was out of here in just under an hour. He only charged me 130.00 plus tax- Awesome!! I gave him a bit more because I know anyone else would have charged me much more and I appreciate that kind of integrity. Josh will be the guy I call for all my future electrical needs. I can't recommend him enough, he is NOT the guy that will try to over sell or over charge you-quite the opposite -top notch. Thanks Josh read more

Sold my condo and were getting the keys to my new condo on Tuesday. Came home from church and one bedroom had no power. Called some companies but most didn't answer on a Sunday. One did but they wanted $180.00 just to make the trip. They told me to call back on Monday. When I did the price was still the same or I could wait 15 days. I started calling companies but all of them had a wait time of 10 to 15 days. No one even offered to help squeeze me in. I was down to my last two companies to call. That was where Prime Time came in. When I talked to Josh I told him that I was moving but did not want to leave my condo with no power in the bedroom. That would not be fair to the buyers. Josh said he was in Seattle and would try to make it by on his way home. Later in the day when I talked to him again he wanted to know if after 7:00 would be ok. Are you kidding? No problem! Wow, someone who actually cared. Josh came about 8:30 and had us up and running by 9:00. And then he only charged me his standard service call. Unbelieveable! If ever I need an electrician again, I will call Prime Time and only Prime Time. That kind of service and attitude is very rare. Thank you, Josh. read more

Josh was a life saver...okay, maybe that's a little excessive, but it sure felt like it. I had a renter pull electrical out to the enclosed carport without permitting or having it inspected. When I realized what had happened, I pulled the permit and of course it failed the inspection. Not a big deal, right? Except my house was on the market, and had a buyer...closing in two weeks...so I need to get this work done and inspected and passed quickly....this is where the lifesaving comes in. Josh worked with the inspector, determined the best course of action and got it done in ONE day....he pulled a new permit for me (at a savings I might add) and requested the inspection, which we passed due to his thoroughness. I would highly recommend Josh and Prime Time Electric for your future electrical needs. He was professional every step of the way, he was understanding of my urgency, and he kept me from having a meltdown. Thank you Josh for getting it done! read more

My husband and I our first time home owners, and ran into so electrical problems with our outlets. Being new the area we used YELP to find an electrician to come out and take a look. We are so lucky to have found Josh. Not only did he take the time to find and fix the problem, he also discovered multiple other issues that our "inspector" missed that could have possibly started a house fire. Instead of rushing through the process (like most do) he also took the time to show my husband and I what he was doing and why. Although we are frustrated with having to do more repairs than expected, we are thankful that Josh brought them to our attention and gave us different ideas on how to address them. Needless to say, Josh will be our go to "Mr. fix it". Hes a great guy, and we would recommend him to anyone. read more

I give this business a top rating for their expert help in solving my electrical problem at home over the phone at no cost to us. Mobile homes in a rented park are unique in their wiring and Josh was able to pinpoint my problem based on my description of the outage. I now know how the mobile is wired and what to look for in the future. I was not aware that outlets are normally wired to the lights in the same room and/or circuit and if a wire pops out of an outlet the entire circuit can go dead even though the breaker does not trip. I plan to replace outlets that have the pop in wires with those that have a screw connection to prevent this problem in the future. Thanks Josh. Bob.......... read more

I called Prime Time after having called several others, who, even though they appeared to do work in Marysville, said either that they did not or could not come for a week. I called PrimeTime and spoke with Josh. He was nice and friendly and told me he could come the next day. We had a circuit breaker that was stuck, effectively cutting off power to part of our home. We also had a lamp that did not work. Josh took care of the breaker in seconds and showed us what to do if it ever happened again. He got our lamp working. He was fast and efficient and very polite. I am sending his name and phone number to family and friends. I will never use another electrician again. Thank you Josh read more

A "big box" store delivery crew crossed wires on our new dryer, fried the unit and we thought our wiring as well. Josh immediately put our minds at ease when he described that what we were seeing was probably nothing other than the circuit breaker doing what it is designed to do. He dropped by prior to the delivery of the replacement dryer, confirmed our circuitry was okay. And then, he said since he really didn't do anything (other than ease my and my wife's fears) he refused to accept any payment - and this is the first time I had ever met Josh. Courteous, great service and just a really nice guy. His business card is posted on my refrigerator door! read more

Josh from Prime Time Electric LLC came out to asses the scope of the installation for our 11,000 watt generator. He advised and ordered parts required for the repair and to complete installation, and upgraded our panel to include installing a lock out switch and outlet for the Generator to plug into and replace warn breakers and corrected bad work from previous contractors. We now feel safe in our home! All we needed to do was call Josh! He did the rest! He provided us an estimate and did not exceed it. We'd highly recommend Prime Time Electric LLC. We give them a 5 Star. We are recommending him and using him again for our Master on the Main addition. read more

I highly recommend this company. Professional. Works fast. Knows his job. We had lost power in the shop, patio light and one bathroom. Checked the circuit breaker, the outlets, unplugged appliances.....in desperation of this puzzle, we called Josh. It was what we should have done in the first place! He trouble shooted the problem, gave us suggestions and replaced two bad outlets. He saved us from a couple of disasters waiting to happen. Thank Goodness! Please support his business.....you won't regret it. Go Hawks! Go Navy! read more

My wife and I were having issues with our electrical outlets and switches. We were unable to figure out what was wrong because our light switches weren't working. We called Josh and he was able to come out right away. He arrived within the time frame that he stated over the phone. He was very professional and got to work right away. He was able to find the problem outlet and fix it. Rates were affordable and service with top quality. He also educated my wife and I about better baby proof outlet covers. read more

I've called Primetime to do 2 different jobs and on both jobs, Josh has done an outstanding job and I will be calling him again. On the first job, he installed a transfer switch to make using a generate easier during power outages that we get somewhat frequently in Snohomish. On the second job, he installed a new circuit breaker to replace the old one that was flaky, (and was causing us to lose power to the hot water heater). Josh does great work and I highly recommend him. read more

I have a rental that was having some issues with a few outlets and I needed an electrician to come out and take a look. It was a small job but they called me back very quickly, set up an appointment with my tenant and came out very quickly to fix the problem. Very satisfied with their work and would highly recommend. They were also very fair and well priced for their service. read more

Josh was able to help out at short notice. Had an electrical problem after installing a new hot water heater in a rental unit. Tenants were without hot water. Called several companies. Josh was the only one able to come out the same day and quickly resolve the problem. Paid standard rates. Tenants and I appreciated his quick, competent service. read more
