Had some issues with replacing my old thermostat, and as luck would have it...I chose to do this on Christmas Eve. Several of the other companies on here with more reviews weren't working today. I was glad when I was able to get someone from Prime Time Cooling here within an hour. He got here on time, did several checks to the wiring and other AC components in the house to make sure everything checked out. Long story short...he rewired the thermostat, waited to make sure everything was in working order...and now I have AC again. No complaints! read more

Very professional and prompt in responding. They immediately responded within a matter of minutes regarding my issue and attempted to help as i described the issue. They were able to come out first thing the next day and price was reasonable. read more

My repair was done in a timely and efficient manner. The tech was knowledgeable and friendly. The wait time was only 15 min. I was very pleased with the service! I would definitely recommend this company to someone and request service in the future. read more

Prime Time Cooling has been, without question so reliable, so honest and so very helpful. As my original review states I needed an air conditioner. Found Prime Time and I am thrilled that this one problem I had for 3 years has been taken care of. I just had them down for a 6 month check. They flushed the line, replaced the filters and checked the coils. All is good. They solved my air conditioning problem. If I knew how easy and cost saving It would be I would have called them 3 years ago. Professional, reliable and honest. Ariel, thank you so much for all you did to help me. You really went above and beyond. read more

My A/C had stop cooling Friday night after a power surge and I knew I had to get it repaired ASAP since it was going to get hot on Saturday. I called around to all the big name A/C companies and they had no appointments until either late Sunday or Monday. I found Prime Time Cooling on Yelp and they had good reviews. So I decided to give them a call early Saturday morning. They had Asiel out to my house by early afternoon and had my A/C working within 30 minutes. He was very professional and honest ( thanks Asiel for fixing the A/C since I have two small children and having the A/C not working would of made a miserable weekend ) I will definitely be using them in the future. I highly recommend them. read more

Reliable and professional work. I had a AC unit installed, Kevin and Glen, did a good job and did not cut corners. They were very informative of what needed to be done. First, my old unit was installed terrible and they addressed all the discrepancies without up-charging me. When needed, they cleaned up the work area well and were very accommodating to my wife and I when performing the work. At the end of the job they accidentally took a part from my closet door that was swept up from cleaning, and when I called to ask about it they came back in no time to search their stuff for the part. They found it and were very apologetic even though it wasn't their fault. I recommend Prime Time Cooling for installations. The price was right and they do a professional job. read more

My experience with Prime Time Cooling was great. I needed a new ac unit. I called Prime time for an estimate and a rep was at my home the next day. I received a quote and the price was more than fair. I decided to go with Prime Time for the installation. I called on a thursday and was scheduled for the installation the following monday. Glen and his crew arrived at my home and began the installation of a 3.5 ton ac unit. Glen was a true professional. He and his crew were fantastic. They completed the install in about 3.5 hours. I highly recommend Prime Time Cooling. A+A+A+A+A+ read more

My central air iced up one hot Sat. night. Not good, I got it to defrost and later resumed cooling. Of course it did ice again. I called several a/c companies on Sun. Prime time called me back right away, I am still waiting on m regular service tech. Long story short, I was low, low on coolant. My technician offered me several options including system replacement. Because money is tight I opted for the more affordable fix. My a/c is cold again and I have a new repair company. Thank you Prime Time! read more

Can't say enough good things about Prime Time Cooling. Michael was the primary tech, others were involved too, and they handled everything. Work done, permits pulled, communicated with me regularly. Office staff helpful when calling as well. Will be my go-to place for future work. read more

Asiel and his team are top notch. They replaced my A/C three years ago, and I've used them for maintenance work since then and have always had a good experience. My A/C drain line has needed flushing two times now, and both times, they were able to come out the next day from when I called. Definitely appreciate the quick service! With my last flushing, the technician, Kevin, let me know that the evaporator coil needed to be clean (which I had no idea about), and he was able to complete this the same week. I was out of town so he kept me updated and even sent me before and after pictures to show the work that he did, which I thought was superb service. Excellent communication and follow through. I definitely recommend Prime Time Cooling! read more

I have used PTC a handful of times over the years for my investment properties in Fort Lauderdale and Wilton Manors. Most recently I had an issue with my primary in Boca and I called Asiel and his team to help pick up where another company left off. PTC is sharp, responsive and fair. Asiel, sent his top guy Randy to help rectify the situation and i must say Randy knocked it out of the park. This a true father and son business that takes pride in their work and customer service. Moving forward PTC is my AC go to. Thanks guys for your great work! read more

Great service! Vladimir knew exactly what was wrong with my ac and fixed it on the spot. He had the part and I didn't have to wait. I referred them to a friend who also had great service in West Palm. read more

Called out this company when the A.C. stopped working. Tech came out and said the compressor was bad and needed a whole new unit. Called another company for a second opinion and the determined it's was just a bad circuit breaker and that the compressor was fine. Circuit breaker was changed and the compressor works just fine! Scar artists! They'll also be reported to the BBB. Avoid this company! I have all proof and documentation if needed or ever questioned about my claim read more

Aciel, the A/C tech. That came out to diagnose my constant drainage leak problem was very knowledgeable,... immediately realized what the problem was,... which was missed by 4 other "so called "professionals that I had come out previously to diagnose the problem. Had a great experience with Prime Time. A/C fan stopped working, checked Yelp out for a good company and found Prime Time Cooling. Messaged them at 11pm at night, had a response right away and someone was at my home by 9am the next morning. Took care of the problem quickly and were very professional. Will keep this company in mind for all other A/C needs I may have. read more

New to Lauderdale, just bought the house a few months ago. My ductless AC stopped working after a neighborhood power outage. I had another company come before them which told me I needed a main board in the outside AC unit to the tune of $895.00. When I said I was going to get another estimate they dropped cost to $550.00. Totally suspicious so I said I still was going to get another estimate. I called Prime Time Cooling, tech came, told him about power outage. He reset the AC unit by holding down some buttons on the remote to reset the AC unit. I could have wasted almost $1000.00 had I not phoned Prime Time - a HUGE thank you to them - super professional and most important - HONEST!!!!!! highly recommend. read more

Extremely fast response time and great service. Asiel and the other lady (his wife I think) are awesome, so is Robert. They are very honest, very efficient and a great company overall. I dealt with them remotely since it was for a property I manage in WPB and everything was very easy with them. I got several texts when the tech was on his way and when the job was done. A+ and the only company for AC that I will ever deal with in the area. Keep up the good work. read more

This is a rare company to come by in Miami! AC stopped cooling my apt and after doing some research i came across Prime Time, I got a call within minutes of submitting a quote request and the techs came out that evening after I got home from work. In and out in 30 minutes, and my AC was nice and cool again! When they saw what was causing it to stop cooling, they made sure to show me exactly where the issue was coming from and didn't try to up sell any services onto it.I was worried about getting ripped off, as many do that here in Miami, so I had my friends father on the phone is an AC technician (in another city of course) and he said I was quoted very well and that i had an some honest good techs helping me out. AND These guys were polite!!!! called me the next day to make sure the unit was still running smoothly. don't worry - i've already shared your info with everyone I know so that they don't make the mistake of calling some other bozo company. read more

Honest guys who tell you what's really up with your AC. I was a victim of getting overcharged for lazy work by coolair USA and had to call these guys. They tell you in really simple terms whats up with your system and let you know of option. Is also the most affordable one since many want to charge you a 100 dollars visit fee but these guys don't. I was asked if I wanted to do a pressure test or a see how long freon lasted to see if its really a leak or just some lazy work and opted with the freon. I got charged almost 600 for freon with coolair, 200 with these guys, and are quite friendly. Keep it up, you earned yourself a loyal customer. Update: This time for the followup I was presented woth another person who wasn't as nice as the first one. I don't know if its because I was a returning customer but this one didn't treat us like a proffesional should've. It was clear from his intentiona that he just wanted to sell us a mew unit when the other game who came in the beggining told us it was just a simple leak in a good looking system that there was no need for a new one. Just took down the rating due to that and this had me worried of whether I should call these guys. I was promised a leak search and fix but that wasnt the case and was just presented with a simple sealer. I'm sure as hell I'll have to contact someone else since I have a feeling this BS fix wont do anything. No bubble test was done, and no inspection was done. It's also important to know that my first visit was held by a honest worker but the second time was not. It's probably just one case but the company must learn to pick their employees. I was presented with solutions and honest opinions the first time but the second time I was faces with a person who constantly kept saying we needed a new system even before opening it up, and that attitude transferex to his work as well. read more

I cannot express how impressed I am with this company. They show up on time, they keep their workspace clean, and are very professional. I had an ac system that kept breaking down and when I finally had enough I called Prime Time Cooling. They had a new system installed and my house was cooled quickly. I highly recommend them! read more

These guys were really nice and efficient. They explained that the fan motor in the A/C unit needed to be replaced; however, since it was a Friday, they weren't sure if they could get the repalcement part until Monday. My wife told them that we have a 3 month old baby and we really need the air conditioning to work properly. One of the repairmen called his supervisor and they agreed to figure out a way to get the replacement part and come and install it on Saturday. They called around 9:30am and let us know that they had the part and they would be installing it around 11am. They showed up right on time and worked extremely efficiently. The only complaint I have is that when the guy told me over the phone that they accept credit cards, he didn't add that an extra 3% will be charged on top of the final invoice. That is something that they should tell everyone beforehand. Other than that, I definitely plan on using this company again. read more

Asiel, the owner's son, arrived with a helper to clean the air ducts to my condo a/c. He first examined to determine if the ducts were to be cleaned with a brush or with high pressure vacuuming. Each duct was cleaned as well as the unit itself. Prime Time was focused, as well as neat and clean, sweeping up any loose dust. I would have given five stars but for the price. In my opinion they were a little high. read more

Our AC unit wouldn't turn on so we call and had someone at the house in less than an hour. The techs were professional, meticulous, very thorough and very clean taking great care not to get our floors dirty. They checked the unit and it turned out something had accidentally been disconnected so they reconnected it and the AC started working again. We were so happy with the service that we hired them to clean out the ducts and do maintenance on the AC. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them. read more

Booking was smooth, showed up on time and was professional just seemed to lack knowledge. First kept saying my thermostat was the issue because I had replaced it weeks ago. After they figured out that was fine they spent an hour searching. The ended up saying it was electrical and I needed an electrician. Paid for an electrical to come out and he tested everything and everything was fine. Called another a/c company and within 5 min the guy said you probably have a clogged drain line. That was it too. Like I said guy was nice, just sad someone can spend 5 min over the phone without even seeing it and figure it out and they were here over an hour and couldn't. read more

I moved to Florida in 1977 and since then I have dealt with a few different air conditioning service companies and certainly none of them were great. Well. early Sunday morning on 4/15/18 my AC quit working in which I knew it was on its last days. About 10:30 A.M. I called Prime Time Cooling and asked them how much for a new system and when could they install it. Monday morning less then 24 hours after my call to them they were out at my house installing a new complete system and for less money then all other competition. Their installers were clean, polite and worked without breaks till they were done just a few hours later. Prime Time Cooling is the very best air conditioning company in Florida! Primetime was recommended to us by Joe at All County Air Conditioning when our compressor/condenser went out. The guys at primetime are all very professional, Robert was out on Thursday evening to inspect the unit and first thing Friday morning, David and his installers were here (with a crane) to get the new unit installed. They were slowed down by some pretty heavy rain throughout the day, obviously not their fault, but I couldn't be happier with the job they did. Definitely recommend. read more

If I could give a 6th star I would. Honest, professional, communicative, and hardworking. Asiel is gem and his team are first notch.

We used Yelp to find Prime Time. After meeting with and interviewing three companies, they stood out as the best choice. They were professional, prompt and thorough. They installed a new 2 ton unit in a rental property of ours (previous unit was dead after 26 years, so no question it needed replacement) and did a fantastic job at a fair price. In our case, they went above and beyond by checking fuses when AC would not engage, and replaced burned out fuses. That extra effort was really appreciated. Company is family owned and run and it shows in the pride they put into their work. They are knowledgeable and honest and we recommend them highly. Hope this review helps someone who doesn't have time for lots of due diligence; I really think you can call them and be satisfied with their service and price. read more

I took a chance with this company when my AC unit was dripping water and then needed to be flushed. They came out the very next day and fixed the problem with very little cost. So this time, when I was afraid I might need an entire new unit, they were the only company that I called. I am sure glad that I did. The team that replaced my entire HVAC were three young guys that knew their stuff. I love supporting local, family owned businesses and this is one that I can highly recommend. Thanks! read more

I had the pleasure of working with Asiel to help fix my AC unit. I called pretty late and he was able to give me an appointment for the next day with a 2 hour window of when he would be at the apartment. To my surprise, he arrived at the beginning of that window. I even got nice text messages about when he was scheduled to be there as well as when he was on his way. I even got an email invoice with photos of suggested work to do with a quote. This is how all AC companies should run their business. Asiel and team definitely have themselves well-organized. Asiel was completely professional the entire time and overall a very nice person. Whenever I need him for my AC repairs, I'll be very happy to work with him again. read more

Weeks worth of AC problems, system finally failed today. Called the AC tech the condo unit uses and he could not give a rip if he serviced us or not. Contacted Prime Time and they agreed to come by today. Set an appointment and they actually arrived early, called to ensure we could meet them. Cannot say enough about the techs; extremely polite and explained everything they were doing and solved the problem within 30 minutes. Highly recommend their service, may have paid a premium price but well worth it. read more

I was in desperate need of a new unit because mine was over 20 years old. I was holding out because I thought the price would be absurd. I was referred to Prime Time and Robert came to my home to see what they could do for me. I almost went with someone cheaper who told me he could get me a 3 ton unit but when Robert explained why i would need a smaller size, 2 1/2 ton, i realized the other company would have screwed me because my vents would not have been able to handle the 3 ton - I could have ended up spending $10,000 more! He was extremely knowlegable and included a few extra items in the cost, gave me a couple of options to choose from and did not push me into making a decision. When I placed my order his guys were there the next day. They were professional and explained the process as well. Robert called as well me to keep me informed as to what was happening throughout the day. They even swept and left my house clean! Needless to say, I have slept so comfortably for the last few days. I recommend this company for sure! read more

I was freaking out because our air conditioner broke and my landlord wasn't answering his phone....I called Primetime Cooling and they were so polite (as opposed to several other companies that i tried calling) and available to come immediately within a 2 hour time frame. However, my landlord finally wound up coming to fix it so I had to cancel a last minute appointment on these guys and I feel bad because they were so nice.... the least I could do was leave a good review! Will definitely call them if needed in the future! read more

My ac went out at about 8:00 pm, I sourced this company from yelp reviews. They just left at 9:20 pm. Fixed the problem, no bs, no hard sells, showed me the part that failed before replacing it and went over my options. Fast, honest, and professional. Did I mention that it was the owner's son who answered the phone when I called and it was he and his father who showed up to do the repair.
