All seemed on-track after the onsite estimate by Connor but when the date of load out came all the problems began. We had a long driveway that required a dolly truck to move all items to tractor trailer, told Connor about concern, never added to quote and then tried to charge us additional fee. We were charged for mattress cartons ($725) never provided; our mattresses went on the truck unwrapped along with other high value items. Clemmer showed up to job without shrink wrap and had to use 2 rolls I purchased just to do half assed job. Inventory paperwork of items was not presented at completion of load out by driver Tom who had worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Had to called parent company Allied after delivery was delayed 5 days with no explanation. Contacted Clemmer numerous times with no response so escalated to Allied. Submitted insurance claim for numerous items, make sure you purchase full coverage insurance as you will need it.

In two days I sat in a chair while they went completely through every nook and cranny in my home and with my direction divided all of my furniture and belongings into 3 groups- things I would keep, things they would donate, and trash which will be removed when I have the whole house emptied. They worked non-stop and clearly labeled all of the items that I would take. They offered sound advice on what I should bring but didn't dictate their opinion. The communication prior to the move from Joe was proactive and clear so I knew exactly what to expect. Jose and his team arrived on time and I loved the text message telling me when they were en route. They packed up my apartment so quickly and they were also careful, making sure to pack everything well. Even with stairs, they unpacked at my new location very fast and even made sure we were happy with where everything was placed. Jose was easy to talk to and very professional about making sure we had a good experience. The team also worked quickly and finished the job in under the 6 hours quoted. So appreciative of Jose and his team and the whole experience with Vector. Hopefully our next move is many years away but we would definitely go with Vector again!
