This company is very responsive. My husband and I went with 3 movers to move our townhouse and storage. Everything was packed in advance and ready for them. We weren't even taking everything in the home. A move that should have taken 6 hours with 3 guys took 11 hours. During the move it felt like they were taking their time. Due to this and the 11 hours it took we paid way over what was budgeted for the move. It was a very frustrating move to say the least. Update 7/3/23: After I left my initial review the company reached out to me to see what they could do to fix the situation. We spoke about an option and they promised to get back me. I have never heard back from them. The actual mover wouldn't stop harassing me, but management ignored me. The mover kept texting and calling me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! They make promises they can't keep and then go silent when there are problems. read more

We started off wrong but the mistake was corrected very fast. I asked for a large truck but there was a miscommunication and got a small truck. However, K took care of the issue very fast. K, John, and Aiden showed up on time. They were very professional, efficient, and careful with all my furniture and boxes. I moved several times and this time was one of the most enjoyable ones. They spent about 7.5 hours and my bill was very reasonable to the amount of work they did. These guys definitely deserve an A+ read more

Prime Moving was exceptional. I'll start with what most people might want to hear first, the cost of the move is easily the best value of all the options of movers we looked at. They were right on time to the minute. We had planned on moving a little less of our things but they were so fast and helpful we actually ended up taking an extra table that my husband thought we would get rid of! Incredibly careful and delicate with our fragile items. We had K and Gabit help us and they were both very kind, professional but most of all great communicators. Making sure they were moving everything that we needed and giving us options with different things like our mounted TV and furniture that needed disassembly. I would highly recommend them to all my friends or family and I hope this review helps others to make their decision when looking for a moving company. read more

My movers cancelled on me less than 24 hours before moving time and Prime Movers responded within minutes of me asking for help on yelp. Everything was signed and scheduled within the hour and on the day of the move K and Rash were here on time ready to go. They were so careful with my things and very quick even with all the stairs at both apartments. Thank you so much for saving the day!! read more

I really want to thank Tom for his professionalism honesty hard work and kindness. I was really stress out about everything with my moving. I've send a request through Yelp to different companies and not even 5 minutes past when Tom reached out to me. I have to say I needed to move my stuff last minute and He solve my problem in about 2 days. All I have to say is that he is very hard worker very professional and his employe As well, I don't know his name but he was very effective as well very polite. The truck was so big very clean and on top of everything he is affordable. Thank you Tom. We'll definitely contact you again. read more

Dan and his team from Prime Moving did a fantastic job! Very efficient, polite, professional, and easy to work with. All our things were moved without any damage. Not really much of a reviewer, and it's usually when I encounter poor service. That said, I wanted to leave a positive review for Prime Moving. I was able to schedule an out of state move with them last minute (like 2 days before moving). Prior, I did have them quote out the move along with other companies. Although they weren't the cheapest offer received, they were the best price with the best reviews and had an opening within my timeframe, and still very competitive with pricing. On move day, they were enroute and called before the scheduled move time informing of their ETA. They were a little behind but I was flexible and it is CA and traffic is always bad, so no problem there. Upon arrival, the movers were courteous and friendly. Went straight into signing their contract, and after a little confusion regarding the flat rate quoted, were off to begin the packing. I have a lot of junk and some items that I care about. I informed them which needed the care and which I could care less if it broke or got scratched. They treated all my possessions with care regardless. Everything that needed it was wrapped, taped and padded. Items that needed to be broken down to move was done so. These guys hustled and was able to pack my 2br APT up in less than the 3hrs allotted. After packed up and ready to roll out, up came the issue of requiring half the payment before hitting the road. That was never explained to me, and maybe it was in the contract that I missed, but I explained to them I wanted to pay cash to avoid the 8 percent credit card fee but didn't have the cash yet. They understood the dilemma and asked if I could cover it when we got to the new place before unloading began. No problem there. Once they arrived at the new place, they got straight to unpacking. Again, all with the greatest care. They were done within in about 90 minutes and ready to hit the road. Everything arrived safe and in the same condition. In fact, the only damages incurred were done by my hands. Overall, it was a great experience. I would hire Prime again in a heartbeat. The only criticism I would offer is that there needs to be better transparency on what is included to make sure the customer understands the terms. No one has time to read through contracts in their entirety, which is not the companies fault I understand, but I would imagine there are a lot of good faith signers out there. In this case, they stuck to their flat rate and I couldn't be any happier with the guys they sent and the experience. read more

Hired prime moving for a last minute move. They were a few hours late due to a prior move being longer than expected but they let me know and gave me a discount for the inconvenience. We were moving to a brand new house and needed some of our bedroom sets dissembled, moved and reassembled, along with some dressers moved. Of course, I had no idea what company to use. Found Prime Moving on yelp, and so glad I did! Their communication was great and they were very flexible. I had to change my original scheduled date because there was a delay in getting our new house keys. They answered my phone call immediately and without hesitation they changed the moving date. On day of move, they called me ahead of time to make sure everything was still good to go. I was met by Eddie and Tim, and needless to say, they were rockstars! They were polite and answered questions I had. They wrapped everything and took care of my belongings. They worked efficiently and also were able to move a few last minute items for me! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! And pricing was very good. read more

Amazing prices with even better customer service! I've only used a moving company once before and the experience is not even comparable. Ken and Eddie are amazing. I had to move an entire apartment by myself and I was extremely stressed. Everywhere else I called was outrageously priced and took days to get back to me with quotes. Prime moving got back to me within a timely manner. these guys (Ken & Eddie) made it so easy and stress free. They were so kind and considerate & I didn't make it easy on them; stairs, heat, mountain, a cat etc. They were extremely kind and even helped secure my terrible packing. 10/10 Would recommend for anyone that is moving read more

Prime Moving deserves a 5-star rating! We reviewed yelp for movers and interviewed/asked for quotes from several companies. What was impressive was not just the rates (prime was the lowest by far), but the rapid response to my emails/questions. I must have called Tom (the office team lead) at least 15 times prior and during the actual move. He always picked up! We had a two day move, 1st day was packing. The team was there on time and came with materials. They were professional and they were careful to protect everything. I was impressed how they could take the furniture and tables apart, and still keep all the parts handy during the move and then remember how to rebuild them. It was so helpful to pack 1 truck the day before. Next day they arrived at 6:45am! What a spectacular job on the move day. I do not know how the guys had the strength and energy. We finished the move at 11:45pm. And everything was put in place and rebuilt. A+ job from Prime Moving. read more

K and Bars did a wonderful job moving all my furniture across 50 miles to my new apartment. They were surprisingly quick and even knew how to pack and unpack all my clothing in my closet. They were able to move an incredibly heavy couch up 3 floors of stairs. They are trustworthy movers and I would choose them again if I could. read more

Amazing movers . Couldn't have asked for more . They were quick and everything was put together nicely .

The prime moving workers were very efficient. I received about 5 or 6 bids, and many companies seemed sleazy. Like used car salesman. The representative from prime came to my house a day or so after I called and did an in-person assessment which was good. Good first impression appeared genuine. They also assured the interstate job would be completed the following day which was a plus. The move price was at the lower end of the bids but wound up being toward the upper end, due to upsell on the day of the move, so beware your mileage may vary. They did send an adequate amount of workers who worked consistently and were not lazy. Workers were young so make sure you watch them to make sure they don't damage walls, floors etc. one container of items was dropped and broken with no offer to reimburse, so remember your mileage may vary. read more

Very dissatisfied with this company. Do not use, movers not professional or skilled in moving. Bed frame got damaged and they didn't take accountability. Assisted the movers in the move to meet the 3 hour minimum timeframe because movers were slow and they still wanted to nickel and dime me for going over the minimum 3 hours. read more

They were absolutely amazing and move extremely quick! Were very careful with all of my items and were polite and friendly.

RUN FAR AWAY. TERRIBLE QUALITY FOR PRICE. TERRIBLE MORALS. NOT AN LLC. PROBABLY NOT EVEN INSURED. The movers were nice enough, which is why when I saw how scraped up my son's crib was and how dirty my bed frame was with dirty hand prints I did not want to say anything. Things happen. However, at the end of their work when I went to pay, they tried to force me into a Yelp review. I knew about the scratches on the crib and the dirty hand marks on the fabric of my bed so I refused to leave the review since I did not want to and husband is the one with the Yelp account anyway, not me. He then attempted toto strong-arm me into leaving a review saying, "that's okay, I will wait for you to create an account." I refused because that is absolutely outrageous to ask of someone and I knew they failed to take proper care of our beds. Little did I know the horrific damage done to a family heirloom. Here is the total damage: $1400 bed frame with greasy hand marks all over the front fabric as well as scratches in the bronze finish because, as the owner stated? they decided not to wrap it "to work faster" $500 crib scraped and dented in multiple spots because they decided not to wrap it. Then there's the damage to a priceless, mahogany miniature curio...an heirloom that's been treasured by my family for 80 years. They completely broke off the trim and foot on the front left side as well as scratches all along the bottom and some dents on the sides. The owner of this company is a terrible person. He admitted his employees scratched the beds but did not offer compensation for either and described the hand/grease marks on my bed as "minor" and said "it happens" when HIS EMPLOYEES did not take proper care of my property. Which he himself acknowledged. When I told him I received an estimate for repair of the antique they destroyed, he denied his employees did it even though it wasn't broken the evening prior to using their services. He said none of his team knew anything had happened to my antique even after I told him I saw them hit it on a brick step outside my home. Funny enough, part of the wood that broke off was conveniently placed on top of it for me to find days later when I started working to remove items they had also conveniently placed on top of it, blocking the broken piece. What a coincidence! His employees say they have no idea what happened to my antique curio, yet they chose to place the broken piece on top of the exact piece of furniture it came from! When I told the owner I expected compensation based on the invoice I had received from a furniture repair shop, AFFORDABLE Furniture Repair, here are the things he said to me: 1. He told me they would not pay me any compensation for damages. 2. He told me there's no proof they did it 3. He told me that I probably broke it myself since it took days to contact them. 4. When I told him I saw them hit the foot on a brick step, he told me I was basically lying because I should've said something then. I was trying to give his employees the benefit of the doubt that they just bumped it and I was pretty busy moving into a new house with a baby on my hip. Had I realized the extent of the damage, you better believe I would've held them responsible right then. 5. He said they are not responsible for items I had wrapped "poorly" on my own. My "poor wrap job" includes a layer of cardboard, a layer of bubble wrap, moving blankets, tape. Which, by the way, my husband has informed me the movers were the ones to wrap it in plastic wrap on top of what We had done ourselves. 6. When I became furious he refused to compensate me, he demanded I tell him how much money I wanted, I told him I would send the invoice I received from the antiques repairman, he then started yelling over and over "tell me! Tell me! Tell me!" When I did tell him the estimate, he burst out laughing and said "NO WAY!" 7. He told me his "supervisor" would call me that afternoon. Very interesting that the man connected to the only phone number available for Prime Moving LLC somehow had a manager that conveniently never called me. Just like the nonexistent customer service department he originally said was evaluating my claim and would call me...which they never did. Horrible experience. I will never use them ever again. I will not only never recommend them, I will be going out of my way to warn anyone I know not to use them. read more

Great service and really good guys. I trusted them with everything and it was worth the money 100%!!

BROKE OUR BEDFRAME AND DESK!!! These movers took from 9a-4p to move a few large items in a less than 5 mile radius. I was hopeful I hired a professional service to then have my partner have to put up with our things being completely neglected and an entire day of work missed. I would never recommend this service to anyone unless you'd like over $1.5k in damages and irreplaceable time lost. read more
