Marat and Jake came on an insane adventure. I'm doing mission operations for a satellite and needed to literally move my whole apartment in one day into a storage unit so I could stop commuting back and forth and focus on my job. The storage unit closed at 7, so we had to really hustle - it wasn't enough people, and they were awesome! Then the storage unit was basically an escape room when we got there! They spoke Russian, and I spoke only English, but we were able to work as a team to get everything into the storage unit before it closed, and it took a lot of teamwork to make it happen. Thank you guys so much! You made a huge difference for me, and it was actually really fun. You guys would be awesome partners in a real escape room :) read more

Prime moving was so fast and reliable. They took careful care of my items while packing our storage unit and did not spend any downtime between tasks. They had supplies for us to use to keep our items safe. We were able to borrow wardrobe boxes for a fee that got returned when we returned them after unpacking. We had a 10x20 storage units and it was completely packed from top to bottom without any issues. Even the owner of the storage facility was impressed. We even had them unpack our unit to move out into our new home and they helped assemble new furniture. We requested the same team for our pack up and pack out because they worked very well together. We had Vitaly, K, and Rashid! Great leadership and communication. Highly recommend. read more

Prime Moving - Ali and his crew (Jon, Dake) were very polite, paid attention to detail. Amazing crew. - Movers Near Me - Glendale, California

I had a great experience booking with them and had a good quote for a long distance move. My issue is that after the move we lost our sound bar ($600) and then a few things damaged. We told the main guy who said he would talk to his boss Tom. I reached out to Tom via yelp and text to let him know we still hadn't found it. He is usually very responsive but he is now ignoring the fact the lost this. I am now down $600 from a lost item and a company who won't get back to me. I don't like leaving bad reviews but after having something lost and the company not even helping it's frustrating. read more

They were very nice, prompt and helpful. They moved all of my things super quickly and in their right places, and nothing was messed up or damaged! It's rare to find movers that do a perfect job, or don't leave you feeling taken advantage of on prices, but this company is great and I would recommend them to all my friends! read more

Staff were amazing guys - efficient and friendly. Can't stress that enough, worked non-stop and extremely professional. However, was caught off guard with the difference between the original quote and final total due to all the surcharges. Wound up maybe $400 more than I was expecting due to added on distance (45 min drive), weight (1 bed base), etc. read more

K and Kan from Prime Moving were phenomenal! The whole moving process from receiving quote, arranging move dates/specifics, to the actual move was seamless. The move team were very professional, punctual to the appointment time, and careful. There was attention to detail with every aspect of the move project. They placed blankets down on the hardwood floor to prevent scratches, wrapped up our big furniture items to protect it. K and Kan were very courteous and forward thinking on how each piece of furniture should be loaded/unloaded into the truck and into the new residence. They were very time-efficient. I would not hesitate to use them again for any future moving projects. You get more than what you pay for with Prime Moving, quality service to the max. Thank you guys! read more

They did a great job, very efficient. Very professional and went the extra mile to make sure everything was in place.

I had a positive experience when I booked Prime Moving for my recent move. The guys who helped me move were efficient, hard working, and quick. Moving can be so stressful. There were items I forgot to pack, but the guys helped me effortlessly. One thing to note is how much you have and if you'll need Prime Moving to make a second trip. This happened to us. I didn't realize how much stuff I had. Be sure to ask about this just so you're aware. The thought never crossed my mind. read more

K & John were a great help during my move. We ran into a few hiccups with one of my larger pieces of furniture that wasn't able to make it through due to its size however everything else went smoothly. Took a little longer than expected based on previous moves of similar size and went quite a bit over budget but the most important thing was everything I needed moved was moved in the same day and without damage. The team took care to wrap all furniture thoroughly with blankets and plastic wrap. Made a difficult day much more manageable! read more

From the first time I put sent a request for movers on Yelp, Sam reached out and was very friendly and helpful without being too forward. He even offered an a discount for the heck of it. The prices were already better than other movers out there and the discount was icing on the cake. Even with me booking last minute Sam was still open and willing to help. Fast forward to moving day, K and his crew showed up and immediately started helping pack things that I procrastinated too long to pack, and in the blink of an eye everything was packed, wrapped and ready to go! I added a second stop at my gf's house to grab her stuff and it was no problem at all, quick and neat, just like before! Also they were more than willing to move stuff out of my garage into other rooms of the house...and not only that, they placed our new rugs perfectly for us without hesitation and also put together and dresser of mine that the previous movers lost the screws to! Hands down, the best moving experience I've ever had and if for some reason I lose my mind and decide to move again I'll be using them again! read more

Prime Moving - Neatly wrapped mattress! - Movers Near Me - Glendale, California

The crew was on time. They did a good job moving furniture around the house, up and down a staircase. It was easy to schedule the job, too.

This company was absolutely fantastic. Tom was quick and responsive with quoting and scheduling, and the price was very competitive for my move. The moving crew of three, led by Bars, showed up on time and got to work right away. What I want to emphasize about the team was that they HAULED A**, which is exactly what you want when you're paying by the hour. They carefully and swiftly wrapped, packed, and loaded up our house. Bars was communicative and transparent about the scope of the move, and the crew was also able to quickly take apart a couple of our bigger pieces of furniture and re-assemble them at the new house as well. I would highly recommend Prime Moving and Bars' team, and will definitely use them again in the future. A few tips: -Let the crew know if your items are going straight into the house for immediate unpacking, or going into storage; they will wrap and pack accordingly because it is a little different. -Let them know how much something needs to be wrapped/how careful they need to be. If you're going to throw out some of your stuff soon, let them know so that they don't need to waste time and material packing/wrapping it. -Like many other services, tips are appreciated for movers. -Prepare some water and snacks for them, they work hard :) read more
