9 months ago, me and my husband used this company and we were very disappointed to say the least. Since this bad experience, this company is now under new management and is doing much better. They are nicer and more considerate. They display care and concern for their customers feelings and they want to assure you enjoyed their service. I'm pleased to see better management have made for better service and a better moving company. read more

I felt comfortable with this company right away because the owner, Tom, immediately responds to email & text, and picked up his phone the first time I called him in the evening. He actually sent me a proposal the same night I talked to him, and when I had to push back the date he sent a new proposal immediately. Later, I asked if we could stop at my storage unit after emptying my old place and before moving on to my new place and again it was "no problem!" I was late meeting Eric and Tim at my old place but they cheerfully waited and did not make me feel worse than I did already. They were both such sweet men and they were nice to talk to :-) They worked really fast and moved a 1-bedroom apartment from Riverside to LA in about 6 hours! I would recommend them to anyone who wants to have some sweet, friendly guys come over and take care of your move. No attitudes and their rates are the best in town! read more

Kanye and Armani helped me move from one apartment to another in under 2 hours. When placing items in my new apartment, they tried to put the them in a similar place from where they were in my old apartment. They also put my bed together for me which was a huge help. They were communicative, reliable, and helped move items that weren't even packed yet. I would definitely recommend them to someone looking for moving services. It was a great value and left what would typically be a stressful experience stress free. read more

Ronal and his team were awesome for my mom's move and I can't rave enough about them. They arrived on time, got directions from my mom and were courteous and respectful. I appreciated them asking to make sure that they were moving the right boxes, etc. They wrapped everything well and there was no damage to anything that we could see. To top it all, because it was raining, they wrapped everything perfectly so that none of the items could get wet. Very reasonable prices as well. I highly recommend this company! read more

We used Yelp to request quotes from movers for our in-town move, and we ended up choosing Prime Moving. We are extremely pleased with how the move went. They were the most cost-efficient quote, but also the best moving crew we've had in six large moves. We have moved many times over the years, and Prime Moving was easily the best, smoothest, and professional team we have used. Our team was K, Rashid, and Gabit who were all extremely nice and never stopped moving. They were on time and efficient, and let us know that morning when exactly they would arrive. We had a very full three bedroom house to move, and not one single piece was damaged, scratched, or damaged in the move. They completely disassembled and reassembled everything perfectly, and in a few instances its was put back together in better condition than it was before. If we ever have to move again, I will not only use Prime Moving again but I will request that K, Rashid, and Gabit be our crew again. And if anyone we know needs to move I will absolutely recommend them. read more

We used them to move back into our house after renovations. They were fast and thorough. I found the price to be very competitive and the service outstanding. They reassembled almost all the furniture and we're still done in less than 5 hours from meeting me at storage to leaving. They gave me plenty of notice on arrival time. It's also worth noting that I thought they were coming may 30 but I forgot to confirm and on the 30th they were still able to schedule for the afternoon of the 31st to save me another months storage facility rent My only suggestion would be for them to take the plastic wrap instead of using our garbage bin for it. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat read more

It has been 35+ years since I last moved and I moved myself....at 73 I can't do it myself any longer. I asked for some quotes and I read the advertisements and chose Prime Moving. Their name is very fitting. Two younger gentlemen arrived on time and were very respectful and polite. They were fast and efficient in loading and unloading my furniture. If ever I move again and I hope I don't, I will choose Prime Moving for sure. Thank you for doing such an awesome job! read more
