Let me start by saying Dennis is absolutely amazing and very respectful!! We had gotten back from a ski trip and the roads had been salted. We wanted to make sure nothing would rust. Dennis was quick to respond. He recommended the diamond package at first, but after seeing some pictures, he recommended the gold. He didn't try to upsell me or make me keep the diamond package. He was completely honest and I really did appreciate that. He was on time for our appointment and kept me up to date. He asked what I wanted him to focus on. I had no clue, all I wanted was a clean car. He gave me back a brand new car when he was done. Most car washes put a strong and overpowering air freshener, but Dennis doesn't put an air freshener that is over powering. It's a light fresh scent. He also has packages for maintenance. I'll definitely be taking him up on that. His prices are reasonable. We have taken our car for detailing to other car wash places, but you have to sit there and wait.
