Great knowledgeable service. I had another locksmith come to replace a deadbolt and they keyed it to my house key but for some reason my roommates keys did not work or they barely turned the lock with threat of breaking in the lock. The original locksmith couldn't fix the problem before a week was up. I went to Home Depot to make new keys using mine as a mold. They cut keys that were too wide. I yelped Prime Locksmith and the gentleman at the counter was not only well versed in locksmithing but kind enough to let me go home and try out the key without paying. He even suggested that if the key he cut did not work, to then bring the deadbolt to the store location for him to adjust it. All of this on a Sunday morning. Saved me a weeks worth of headaches and further cost. This place rules and you won't regret it. They offer 24/7 emergency service and their store front is open Monday through Friday from 9-5, closed Saturday, and Sunday 9-1. That information is not on their website; I forget why but there are the hours. Tons of different style keys for different style locks unlike Home Depot. Use this place. read more

My vehicle takes a special kind of key (Tibbe) that was stuck in the ignition. Avi is fantastic. Knowledgable, honest and fairly priced. My back door deadbolt needed replacing and he patiently explained the value of replacing versus fixing which after looking at it would have maybe lasted 6 more months. He replaced it with solid parts for a fair price and even went around the rest of my house and oiled the rest of the deadbolts, tightened up my front door and got it less sticky for no charge. Showed me how to do it etc. We spoke afterwards for some time - he's a good family man with kids who lives here in the valley and someone you can TRUST. Solid guy. These guys are great and really on top of things. Was able to make extra keys for my car for a third of the price that the dealership wanted to charge me. I love that they were honest with me and couldn't replicate one of my keys but didn't try to sell me something I couldn't use or may end up messing up my lock. This store has the best customer service and staff ever! Yesterday we had a front door lock emergency. Somehow the deadbolt got stuck halfway in, so the door wouldn't unlock or open. I googled the nearest Locksmith, and Prime Locksmith came up. I called and told them it was an emergency (we were headed to the airport in an hour!) and the gentleman said not to worry, that he'd send someone out immediately. He did!! The truck pulled up within 15 minutes of my call. Avi (the technician) greeted us with a smile and was professional and kind. He worked quickly too, and within 30 minutes he was finished. He'd installed a brand new deadbolt into the front door that matched exactly to the look of what we'd had. PLUS he also matched it to all the keys we already had, so we didn't have to buy and distribute new keys to anyone. I didn't even know that was possible. I can't recommend this company highly enough.
