I repaired a leather recliner with Frankie of Prime Interiors (in conjunction with Joe at Supreme Interiors). The arms of the recliner were badly scratched and the bottom corner was chewed down to the frame. Their work was extraordinary, it was such a clean job my first thought was that they had reupholstered the whole chair! They had in fact repaired it to what appeared to be new condition. Not only did it cost me less than half the cost of having the booths reupholstered but the work they did was flawless! My front drivers seat leather was cracking and I was quoted $1,500 to replace it with the same leather seat. I looked on Yelp for leather seat repair and found Prime Interiors. After a few minutes looking at the before/after photos on Yelp I knew I had found my answer. I called, text a photo of my seat, and had a quote right away. The next day Prime Interiors showed up at my work and completed the repair in under 30 minutes. My seat looks new and there was no time out of my day. $150 is much better than replacing the seat. Frankie is the best! I talked to him last week and sent him a couple of photos of my 1999 Mercedes driver's seat and my wife's Lexus dashboard, which had a small hole smack dab in the front. My driver's seat was split at the seam on the back for about 4" with the stuffing literally coming out. I saw the damage every time I got in the car and it was a bummer to look at. He gave me a quote and even though he sewed up two additional seams on my drivers seat, he did not charge me an upcharge! Frankie knows the power of underpromising and overdelivering. He hand stitched the seats without removing the covers, treated and sprayed the seat so it is restored and all the white cracks in the black leather are gone...looks good as new. On my wife's Lexus, he patched the little hole, textured the patch to match the rest of the dash. These are both things you see every time you get in the car and they make you feel bad. Frankie was in and out in a little over an hour, and now we both feel great and wish we had called Prime Interiors earlier. Thanks, Frankie! read more

I recently purchased a used vehicle for my daughters birthday. It was in need of some TLC before I surprised her with it. The back seat had a big tear in the seam and the dashboard and door panels had cracks in it. I bought a 2000 Porsche 911 that's in great shape, but the console had several scratches that I found to detract from the overall appearance of the car. I went online and found Prime Interiors and called Frankie. He had me send him some photos of the area I wanted repaired and after seeing the photos said he could fix it for a very reasonable charge. I wanted to surprise my husband with a detail to his Tahoe truck that had BADLY stained carpets and leather seats that looked old and worn. My decision to hire this company was based solely on their yelp reviews and l am so happy l went with them. Not only did Frankie go out of his way to accommodate my appointment but what he did to these carpets was absolutely amazing!! I thought for sure he was going to suggest the carpet dying but he was able to get ALL of the stains out of those ugly deeply stained carpets!! Unbelievable!! Both have leather interiors and carpets that needed to be cleaned and reinvigorated. In both cases, Frankie was prompt for the appointment and told me exactly what needed to be done - and then proceeded to "over deliver" as one previous poster stated. By the time Frankie was done, both interiors were immaculately cleaned and reconditioned; the coffee stains in the carpets were gone, leather looks great, and the interiors smelled fresh and clean. Frankie does excellent work. He came to our house to restore a 22-year old leather chair -- much loved but in bad shape. He told us he could make it almost like new and he did. He matched the color, restored the finish, patched and filled tears and creases. Could not ask for more. I called around a number of places to find someone to repair a torn cushion on a leather sofa and repair a damaged arm cushion on a matching leather armchair. A friend of mine was visiting and used my expensive leather armchair as an ironing board. Yeah, we're still friends... After a series of calls to people asking me to bring my sofa to them, I finally looked into auto upholstery and found Frankie at Prime Interiors on Yelp. Frankie was very responsive and provided an extremely reasonable quote from 2 photos I emailed him. Well, now I understand why he has all 5 star reviews... Frankie repaired my sofa and restored the armchair arm. You can't tell that the armchair was burned and the tear in the sofa is patched and matched color-wise. Call Frankie when you have an upholstery issue... he's a fun guy, comes to you on time, and is a beacon of awesomeness in a world full of crappy service providers. read more

I bought a used car that was abused and beaten up. I tried to clean it up, and after spending my whole weekend and 4 bottles of armor all there was no effect on the leather and vinyl. Finally, I gave up and decided to change the leather completely. So I searched the web, and found prime interiors. I talked to Frankie, explained my problem to him, and he said he could fix it. After only a few hours with my car, Frankie did an unbelievable job reviving my leather. It was amazing what he did! I can't believe it's the same car.
