Then we looked into Capitol Carpet & Tile and their reviews were all over the place and when we got quotes they were definitely on the higher side. Not that I would mind as long as it was done right with good quality carpet. Due to the fact their reviews were way too inconsistent, I decided to reach out to Ali at Giant Carpet & Flooring after seeing all the praise he has gotten on Yelp. After everything was all said and done, I know why he has such great reviews. I have nothing but great things to say. I am just so blown away about the whole experience from start to finish. When you call the company number, Ali (the owner) always answers. You text the number, Ali answers. He was so organized, professional, and got back to us in more than a timely manner when he promises he will call back. He answers you almost immediately via text and I have called him almost a half dozen times (if not more) throughout the process and I have never had to leave him a message. He always answers! LMAO I have never seen anything like it. His crew arrived exactly when he said they would. He said he does partake in the installation but I guess he didn't that specific day. It was on a Saturday. However, the installers still did an amazing job. The process was so damn smooth it was almost too smooth I thought LOL. I know we say nobody is perfect in life but I have never done a transaction with anything that was costly and tedious, be this smooth. Everything came out the way it was suppose to and how we wanted. Giant Carpet is professional, gets the job done right, organized, and extremely competitive if not better than most in terms of price in the area. My father-in-law said he paid way more than we did for his carpets in his 2 bedroom home and he emphasized how great of a price we got and how much better quality the carpet is compared to his. I could keep going on and on about how great this company is and how awesome the experience was but I wont ramble. Just listen to me. Bottom line: If you want carpets and flooring done, CALL THEM!! You will not be disappointed by any means. Ali, thank you so much for your services and your professionalism. I will 100% pass your name around if anyone I know needs flooring done.

Different people in the company contradicted one another, causing enormous delay, and they try to blame the customer for not knowing every detail of every aspect of the bathroom remodeling. They will tell you that you should take time off of work DURING the duration of the whole thing. They advertise aggressively, touting their "40 years in business ", but if you question their work quality or work ethics, they will gleefully point out the illegal fine print on the contract that their charming saleswoman gets you to sign, that you "agree not to publish negative public reviews". Why is it illegal you ask? Check online. Florida laws prohibit this kind of customer suppression. Now you know why there is a huge difference between their raving GOOGLE reviews, versus the very grim Yelp reviews.
