HORRENDOUS experience with this service! I requested a simple deed. There were NUMEROUS typos and…read morecompletely wrong information pertaining to someone else's property that was clearly copy and pasted from someone else's deed into mine. It was a true Frankenstein of a document. I have had to go back and forth over email half a dozen times or more, and the document is still incorrect. As a legally recorded document, I can not afford to have any glaring typos or errors as there have been every time Katia has replied to me. Please avoid Katia at all costs! She has no idea what she is doing. You're better off not wasting your money like I did! I regret everything.

I used this service to assist in transferring properties out of a Trust to the Heirs (there were 3 different proerties). From start to finish Jovana explained every step and kept me informed as the Trustee. It was nice to be able to sign documents in SD and Riverside County as they have offices in both areas making it convenient for all individuals involved. I was referred to them as I didn't know where to start with this process. God is good that I was referred to this service. I would HIGHLY recommend this company above others! They don't delay on anything and communicate openly and honestly! Thank you again, you ALL are appreciated!

It's hard to imagine any realtor being better than Ciera Sims. She is LITERALLY the best!…read more She's honest, upfront, professional, intelligent, and simply the best in her craft. My husband and I had a budget and with ease she stuck to it. We had ideas on what we wanted for our first home and she made it happen! We were able to purchase our dream home because we had a hell of a realtor. She fought for us and was aggressive in getting us the best deal possible. We saved over $14k because of her genius. When she says she does this full time, she means it! I loved knowing that she continues to attend seminars and workshops to stay up to date with her craft. She loves what she does and it shows through her hard work and dedication to her clients. When our close of escrow date got closer, my husband and I found out she had been working with lots of other clients at the same time she was working with us. I was shocked because of how much time she spent answering our questions at all hours of the day. She made us feel like we were her "one and only" when really she's just naturally a crazy little worker bee. We are first time home buyers and after having her as our realtor I can easily say she is welcome in our home any time because she made this entire experience a dream come true. Studies show buying a home and moving is one of the most stressful times in people's lives. Ciera rises up against those statistics seemingly with ease. Having Ciera Sims as a realtor means having the best of the best PERIOD. #soldbysims

This property management is terrible. After about nine years in the home, both the oven and…read moredishwasher broke down around the same time. The dishwasher wouldn't drain and smelled awful from standing water. The stove also went out around Christmas, which was unfortunate because family was coming over for the holidays. The rental company was contacted, but wasn't able to get in touch with anyone promptly. So, I went out and purchased a relatively inexpensive stove and dishwasher (also an over-the-stovetop microwave). I called and left a message to let them know that I had gone ahead and purchased the items; however, they immediately stated that because we had done so, they would not reimburse us for the appliances, as they were supposed to be the ones purchasing the items. I tried to explain that I had contacted them. However, I was currently without a stove. They told us that because we'd bought and installed it ourselves, they would not reimburse us. Granted, I still had the appliances in the boxes. They said that we would have to send them back, and they would schedule a time to come by, inspect the broken appliances, order the necessary parts, and then return to install them. The problem was that I had the appliances right there. They could have skipped the steps and worked with me. However, that isn't how this company works. They did inform me, however, that because I had purchased the appliances, I could take them with me when we moved out. Due to the Christmas holiday, I kept the appliances I had already purchased. No source of reasoning helped. Unfortunately, my husband and I separated, and I moved out of the home. I had contacted the property manager through references from my new rentals. He and his adult children remained on the property. A few years later, he was unable to keep the house and had to move out. He failed to pay the rent for the last month, May ($1,967); however, the expense was partially covered by the deposit he put down for the house ($1,450). He made sure to clean and repair everything in the house and was out by June 4th. Also, he left the like-new stove, dishwasher, and over-the-stovetop microwave to cover their loss. He genuinely tried to make things right, as he was unable to work due to health reasons. He should have owed about $500 of rent after the deposit. However, the appliances themselves should have made things even. Mainly because he had been in constant contact with them, and let them know this was the cause of an unexpected health issue. For 11 years, the rent was always paid on time. To conclude, this company strictly adhered to the book, solely benefiting itself, without considering the situation or the person, and imposed late fees and bogus charges for financial gain. They somehow managed to come up with a balance of $ 2,400. Truly heartless.

When our family made the painful, difficult decision to sell our family farm and adjacent…read morecommercial corner lot, we knew it wouldn't be easy. We had owned the properties and had lived there for nearly 45 years. The market was in a downswing, our two properties had complex zoning issues, and our family had barely emerged from significant medical challenges. Finding the right realtor meant everything to us. We had hoped for someone with experience in commercial real estate who could guide us respectfully and compassionately through what we knew would be an emotionally-charged ordeal. After interviewing several candidates, we felt a rising panic. That is, until we reached out to Allied Commercial Real Estate and spoke with the owner, Tony Guglielmo. What a difference! Mr. Guglielmo was patient through our many questions on the phone, and when we were all comfortable with the idea of meeting, he drove out to meet us and see our properties. The first thing Tony said was, "Wow, this property has such a happy energy to it." We knew, right then, we had found the right realtor. Dad had planted 1,000 fruit trees over the course of 40+ years, and there was so much love tied to the land. Tony understood that and us perfectly. At every step of the process, he was respectful and careful to listen. We're not the easiest family in the world - by any means! - yet, he was able to tailor his conversations to suit each of us in a way that affirmed we were doing the right thing, at the right time, with the right commercial realtor. In this real estate climate, with the obstacles connected to homes that had been built over 100 years prior, Tony found the perfect buyer. His skillful negotiating brought us the desired transaction selling price, and he spared us from unnecessary stress. Each transaction was done with kindness, empathy, and expertise. We never had to worry that our time would be wasted on looky-lou's, who had no real intention to purchase the property, and we never had to interact with investors, who wanted us to promise the world and jump every inspection hurdle they could throw our way, because Tony shielded us from all of that. All of it. Walking away from our family home and orchard after nearly 5 decades was the toughest decision we've ever had to make. And yet, one of many blessings to come out of it was meeting Tony Guglielmo. A devoted father, family man, expert realtor, savvy negotiator, consummate business owner, a man of integrity, and now, one we are honored to call friend. If you're in need of a realtor, Allied Commercial Real Estate may be the only call you'll ever need to make.
