I love the vehicle Joe sold me so much, so luckily I'm able to ship it to where I'm relocating. The DMV is experiencing pretty bad delays due to COVID, so if I were to register the car completely, I'd be stuck in Denver for another month or more trying to get an appointment. Joe saved me by extending my temporary tags by 2 months so I can get to where I need to with enough time to get registration sorted out. On top of it all, he asked me to let him know when I get to my destination safely. Not only did I score a beautiful car at Zarooki Motors, I got an Italian Uncle Joe from Jersey who made me feel taken care of in my short time in Denver. Thank you so much Joe!

And you would think for a dealership with a service dept on site they would diagnose and correct all of the problems before they sell the vehicles, but they don't. They either patch them up and hope you don't notice for two months or I have the worst luck in the world. The vehicle I bought myself ended up being in the shop for at least a month after I discovered it's issue. Thank God I found it a week before my warranty was up or I would have been on the hook for the $5,000 it cost to fix the problem. But it didn't come without a fight. It took the dealership two attempts to fix the vehicle. The first time they fixed the wrong thing, and when I told them I was still having the same issue they told me they weren't going to fix it. We eventually got on the same page and they took my vehicle for another two weeks and finally repaired it. For that I'm grateful. But now the vehicle I bought my grandmother had the check engine light come on. Mechanic comes out to give it a tune up and finds the spark plugs are covered in oil. Boom! It needs a new valve seals. My mechanic says "it looks like it's been this way for quite some time". I bought the car less than a year ago. Unfortunately the warranty has expired on this vehicle. So I'm on the hook for this one. I'm not saying don't buy a vehicle from this dealership. But I am telling you to take your car to a mechanic as soon as you drive it off of the lot to find any issues before your warranty expires. Because from my experience it doesn't seem to me like their service department has their customers best interests at heart.

I was informed by sales rep Gary that they had replaced the transfer case. Shortly after purchase the 4x4 High indicator light started flashing. Finally had a chance to take it to a real mechanic. Front axles are not engaging when going in to 4WD, mechanic can hear actuator motor working indicating an internal problem with the transfer case. Quoted $3000 to $5000 to rebuild. That's just one of many mechanical issues that have been popping up that their so called "mechanic" over looked. Don't waste your time or money at this place, go to a reputable dealer or buy private part.

It is unfortunate that I have to write this poor review, but the crew at Royal Auto were not…read morewilling to assist, despite being warned that I would write this and report them to the Colorado DOR Auto Industry Division. I purchased a car from them and about two weeks later a check engine light came on and would not pass emissions. After taking the vehicle to two mechanics it was found that both catalytic converters were bad, and need replaced at a cost of $3,800. Both catalytic converters failing at the same time seems suspicious and I've now learned that it is common for chemicals to be added to the gas tank to trick the car's computer into passing until the next tank of gas without these chemicals in it. Which lines up with when the check engine light came on. I asked for assistance from Royal Auto, and I offered to pay half the cost of the repair and them pay half. (Plus write them a raving review about how great they were). Instead, all I received was that they would do the labor themselves, which was only 10% of the cost of the repair, and I was required to pay the remaining. I was also shocked that their salesman continued to say he wanted to help me but his Owner would not. And when asked to speak with the Owner, I was told that the Owner didn't talk to customers and refused to speak with me about the issue. I've now found that they are in violation of a few dealer sales practices, such as title transfer and lack of emissions voucher, so I will report this to the Colorado Auto Industry Division. These look like they could be large fines, and I warned about this, but Royal Auto didn't seem to care. This doesn't help me, but maybe it will help someone else and prevent this in the future. Buyer beware.

She made a feble attempt to offer me one of their other very poorly maintained vehicles on the lot but they all had body damage and just so happened to be thousands of dollars more than the car I actually wanted.
