I went in to look at a car that was advertised and made an offer which was not accepted. However, Gary and his team offered to put a new clutch in my existing car for way less than the price I was quoted by transmission shop. They had my car done two days earlier than promised and $100 less than quoted. Everything is aok. Dealing with Gary and the service manager (forgot name, sorry!) was a good experience, and I feel like they were concerned more about getting me transportation than necessarily selling me a car. Extremely untrustworthy, their mechanic is a joke and has no business touching vehicles. Purchased a 2005 Ford Explorer. I was informed by sales rep Gary that they had replaced the transfer case. Shortly after purchase the 4x4 High indicator light started flashing. Finally had a chance to take it to a real mechanic. Front axles are not engaging when going in to 4WD, mechanic can hear actuator motor working indicating an internal problem with the transfer case. Quoted $3000 to $5000 to rebuild. That's just one of many mechanical issues that have been popping up that their so called "mechanic" over looked. Don't waste your time or money at this place, go to a reputable dealer or buy private part. read more

we purchased a 2011 Subaru Forrester from Gary. we didn't even make it to Sheridan before it broke down. they towed it back to their shop and "fixed it." it was in again within a week and then again after it failed while my 17 year old daughter was driving it on I-70. The engine had to be replaced. we took it to a Subaru dealer and used the warranty we purchased to cover a portion of the costs, but it was still 3K out of our pocket. Gary was unwilling to help, or even reimburse us some from the purchase price to cover some of the costs (despite stating he would multiple times and that he was putting a check in the mail that week). whatever you do AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. read more

On 2/24 my husband and I drove over an hour here with our infant to see a low mileage '01 CRV. We ended up liking the car and the people were super friendly, so we bought it. We paid over $6500 (our only "extra" money as we have 4 kids and work 3 jobs between us just to make ends meet) and were assured the car was in great shape. To make a long story short, only a month later on 3/28 this same "great car" threw a rod through the engine (only 140k miles) and died in the middle of the lane on I-25 with our kids in it. We had to PUSH the car through 1-25, an incredibly busy highway. I called the dealership on Friday 3/31 BEGGING for any kind of help they could offer as we spent our last $6500 on this car and had to pay $300 for a tow and now $1200+ for a new engine (money we don't have so are now out a vehicle entirely) and nobody could even be bothered to give me a call back. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!! the owner Gary is so shady and thinks he tells good stories instead of doing real business. Two days after I bought a car the Engine Light came on. I called and Mike was very dismissive saying it was probably a sensor. I told him it would not pass emissions. When I called later they had taken the car for emissions already. Hhhmmm Gary couldn't tell me what was fixed and picked up an old part off the desk and said it was what replaced. In a day or so the engine light was back on m. I took it to real mechanic and found out that they had disconnected the computer so the engine light would go off long enough to go through emission. the emissions paper even showed the computer was disconnected. You can also see from the car's computer history that is was disconnecte. They also snuck in a BS warranty when I went to buy the car. I had purchased a car here 20 years under different ownershi. I'm so disappointed. I ended up spending a ton of money to make it drivable after a week. I called Gary to make him awar, he called me "stupid" and hung up on me! I purchased a vehicle cash from these guys and as soon as I left the lot the car broke down twice. I took it back for them to fix it and a couple days later the check engine light went on. When I went to do the emission test on the vehicle it failed because of the check engine light. (Egr modulator valve which causes more harmful emission) when I told the dealership about it they said I was one day too late on taking the vehicle in for emission s and it is now my problem! WARNING! take your money elsewhere. I bought a 2004 BMW here, as well as an extended warranty. Within 1 month the engine failed. I then took the car to the "recommend" repair shop to have it fixed which is obviously working closely with Auto Brokers. The shop had my car for a week and decided that they couldn't do the repair and had it taken to another shop. The Extended warranty company had an estimator evaluate the damage and came to the conclusion that the first shop had removed a spark plug which was part of the inspection, so the warranty was denied. In short, I bought a lemon car, a lemon warranty, and Auto brokers did nothing to stand by the products they sell. I wonder how much a few bad reviews costs the company vs. doing the right thing? They claim to have a mechanic look over all of their cars before they put them on their lot. Two days after I bought my car from them I needed a new alternator. I got a quote for a new one from my local mechanic and called them to tell them that they needed to pay for it. They would only pay for half of it, and said that if I drove (45 mins) to thier mechanic they would do it for $100 less. I did this but after they put the new one in, they tried to charge me the same price I would have paid if I had done it thru my mechanic. Three months later, I have been to DMV 3 times to get my license plates and get the car registered, 3 times DMV has had to send the paperwork back to them becuase they can't figure out how to fill it out right. I have now had to pay twice to get my temperorary registration extended because these people don't know how to do thier job. Once they have your money they could care less about you. read more

Paid for tow to get truck in for repairs as it wasn't starting. I sat in truck to wait for diagnosis. Larry the on staff mobile mechanic never tested battery, alternator, or starter but after literally 5 minutes of getting under my truck which was parked in the street (not in shop which is why he wanted it towed in first place). Comes out and says "It's the starter!" I'm not a mechanic and at the time didn't think of any reason not to trust his diagnosis. After he installed starter he says "all it needs now is a battery!" After forking over $300-400 including the new battery it started up and I drove away happy. Next day or two it started having SAME EXACT issues and so I called Larry and he blamed me the customer for it having all these issues. Says to me "it's electrical!" Well that's great but he didn't solve the issues and nothing has been fixed! So I called the GM (Gary) who admits he's not a mechanic but he spoke to my new mechanic shop owner who explained to Gary that the issues I'm having and I described had nothing to do with a starter and battery and they were all attributed to the alternator and explained in great detail why the backfiring and recharging issues were clear indication of a alternator problem and not a battery or starter issue. All in all, DO NOT buy a vehicle or get your vehicle worked on at this place as you won't get issues resolved, properly diagnosed, or get a refund on anything. In fact, I would stay as far away from these crooks as you possibly can. Their are way better vehicles and mechanics in Denver or within blocks of this place! Trust me a very unsatisfied customer! I really hate to do this, but I feel that other people should know the truth about this place before wasting their time like I did. If you're considering purchasing a vehicle from here you've probably checked out their better business bureau report as well as looked them up here on yelp. Yes there is a reason they've been in business 30 years and have 0 yelp reviews as well as 2 negative hits with the BBB. I found a car I was interested in on Craigslist went there test drove it drafted the loan paperwork and everything, however before making the purchase I decided to have the car undergo a quick pre-purchase inspection and that's when things got weird. They seemed very uncomfortable with me taking the vehicle to anywhere except the body shop next door, but I insisted. Once the inspection came back there were only minor things that they found but Gary was unwilling to even look into any of these things. First he claimed the problems didn't exist then he said he would be adding $500 to the price of the vehicle to have them repaired. This was all after telling us they would take care of things one day then when we take off work to finalize the purchase, completely changing their mind. I spent about 20 minutes alone with Gary in the car while sill considering the vehicle and listened to him rant on and on about all of the unfounded negative reviews that had been written about auto brokers, that they are even considering suing yelp over this, they have obviously paid to have these removed. He even informed me of a long court battle they undertook with a previous customer. Within 72 hours the engine blew a rod clear threw the block. They tried to tell me I had abused the car by red lining the car (which is impossible in an automatic due to a little part called a REV LIMITER. Not only did they not offer me a rental or a car in the meantime, but they wont cover the repairs either when it is clear as day that the damage was not caused by me IN THE FIRST 72 HOURS I HAD THE CAR. The owner (Gary), threatened to sue me if I posted "false statements" of what happen online. Well I can tell you this is 100% true and I have never treated so poorly by a business owner. The 3 staff members who interacted with us did no more to encourage my confidence as well. I also don't like a $399 dealer fee. I felt like this was the kind of place people get swindled. I did some deep digging and some people say they had. But do that research for your self. If a business is successful it reflects in how they present themselves. If you start in a small crappy lot, but do things right, you should be able to move to a nicer location and have clean cars. Someone who freaks out on people who write bad reviews and tries to intimidate and discredit them, must not be able to afford to lose any business at all.
