Also, they let us know ahead of time that the food was going to come out at different times but it still made the dining in experience a little weird. The bigger issue came when I asked for a simple cup of water for my kids. Despite spending nearly $50 on pizza, I was told they don't offer water and directed to buy bottled water. After back and forth (and my son in tears), someone reluctantly filled his bottle, but only with a rude attitude that made me feel like I was asking for something out of line. To make matters worse, while I was speaking with the staff, my son leaned on a plastic mobile fence-like partition on wheels, which tipped over and injured his foot.
