Gale is also very kind and patient with me. I send her so many email messages asking questions, but she replies every single question that I asked in timely manner, and I learned a lot from her because she knows so much! Reverse Mortgage is rather complex procedure, but she explains to me in the way that I can understand, and now I can clearly see difference of each loan. She is very hard working, even when I send emails at night expecting replies next day, but often she replied late night too! I felt bad that she was working after hour, but at the same time, I can see that she is very dedicated to her work!
