In fact, there are 5 different tiers of contact pricing, so that helped me figure out what would fit me best. That little gesture really helped solidify my confidence and eased the pain of the cost. Dr. Lindower was very kind and efficient without making me feel rushed. The other two people working here who helped during my appointment - I forget their names! - were also very nice. You could tell they do the same sequence with most of their patients, but I felt cared for and not just another paying customer. They answered my questions along the way and were very descriptive about what a certain test or a certain liquid was for. Dr. Cha was honestly the best. She was so sweet and easy to talk to, and she didn't rush at all. She took the time to show me images of my eyes and really explain everything, which made me feel a lot more comfortable. She also gave me a printed sheet with different therapies to help with my dry eyes, which I thought was super helpful. I will come back next year :)

Each person who handled my visit was kind and reassuring while explaining the steps leading to the surgery and post op. Doctor Solinsky also has a calming presence. The result of my surgery is nothing short of remarkable. After the first week my eye tested at 20/20. I don't think I've ever had 20/20 vision in my life. I've worn contact lenses for 50 years.
