Update: I was initially put off by them not having a way to reach anyone in the salon and the concierge number was no help. HOWEVER, when I emailed about my concerns I received a quick reply. At my second appointment yesterday (six weeks after the first), he did a partial and haircut. I am so thrilled with the way it turned out! We spent a lot of time talking about what I wanted and he took his time, asked questions, and didn't do anything that I didn't ask for. I can also say this salon has a really fun, cool vibe.
