I have struggled with acne for all of my life and have never found a long term solution - I have tried it all. Doing Anna's acne program was the answer for clearing my skin! Anna is kind, professional, flexible and tailors her care to exactly what your skin needs. Not to mention her facility is clean and beautiful. Since completing her program I have moved to Alaska and still keep in touch with Anna to order skin care through her and ask questions and my skin is still happy and clear because of her care. THANK YOU Anna! If you are struggling with your skin, book with Anna!

First of all, their storefront is BEAUTIFUL! Lovely and calming blue and white decor that was so clean and just so nice. Great ambiance and vibe. Sherri was great, explained the steps to me since I'd never had a facial before. They used amazing high quality products tailored to my skin type and condition. Sherri even sold me on adding an additional service with blue light to target a breakout and I loved it. It was just one of the most calming and relaxing experiences and I booked another appointment. To me, totally worth the cost. I look forward to my next visit.

So based on my Google search I chose Melissa at Bloom for my transformation from then to now. I wanted a modern long shag from just long hair and was looking for a culture that was easy going and not focused on the upsell aspect we are all accustomed to. Seriously, do it. She could not have been more supportive, talented or affirmative. She took several inches off my hair and a few years off my aging face and self image! Melissa you are such a gift!

They were both extremely kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable and cared for throughout my visit. The spa itself is beautiful, clean, and has such a relaxing atmosphere. I really loved that it isn't a typical spa office setting. It's located in an older Victorian-style home in Shadyside, which gives it a unique and cozy feel that adds to the overall experience. Even the front desk staff (I believe her name was Laura) was so welcoming and friendly. Everyone I interacted with made me feel right at home. I originally came in because I had a gift card, but after such a great experience, I will definitely be returning for future massages and facials. Highly recommend!

Parking is plentiful, the space is lovely, and Chelsea herself is the curl-whisperer that I had been waiting my entire life to find. I swear, when she hangs up the blowdryer and retires, I am shaving my head and calling it a day. As for the Sola concept, it really is cool. They have locations all over Pittsburgh. It's like big indoor markets or restaurant incubators that have individual stands (Think Smallman Galley or the now-defunct Pittsburgh Public Market), where each one is rented out by a hairdresser, esthetician, beautician, or the like. Everyone decorates and arranges their space, manages their appointments, and takes payment in their own space. It's cozy and easygoing, and within striking distance of places where I like to go to grab something yummy afterwards. All in all, an enjoyable experience.
