Despite being in the midst of a panemic, Greg at Pride Sash made sure my graduation would be special. Greg answered my call personally, making it clear that Pride Sash values person-to-person communication and excellent customer service. He worked with me to design a sash that encompassed my collegiate athletic career, and it arrived at my door no less than a week after my call. His genuine care and attention to my needs made receiving my sash all the more special. Bravo, Pride Sash. read more

I ordered my sash at my schools grad fest where they had their own table. Me and my sister ordered our sashes about 2 months prior to graduation. They told us the sashes would be ready in about 4-6 weeks. A couple weeks prior to graduation, I had called to check on my order in which they assured me would be shipped out that Saturday. That next Monday I called to double check it shipped, and it turns out the order was never shipped in which they again told me it would be shipped out the next day. I called everyday that week, and every time I called they said the exact same thing, that it was going to be shipped out tomorrow. They told me "it is sitting out waiting to be shipped". If it was ready I don't understand why it was not getting shipped!! I got so frustrated that I had to personally drive down and pick up my sash myself because I was getting worried it would not come in on time. To keep it short and sweet, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! The fact that they kept telling me my order was going to ship when it wasn't is absolutely ridiculous. Yes they are cheaper than most places, but I would have much rather spend more and avoided this headache and frustration!!! If I had not personally picked up my sash myself, I would not have received my order on time! read more

A bunch of sorority sisters and I needed to order our sashes and when we went to pride sash to checkout, the date was after our event but they were so helpful and were able to get them done and sent off before the event!! the quality of the sashes are amazing, definitely a great company! read more

Ordered a graduation stole and it is crooked and poorly made. The letters of the embroidery are different sizes, and the gold border is crooked on one side not to mention made of cheap/thin ribbon material. The only thing that came out well was the seal. For $105, the poor quality was DEFINITELY NOT worth it. Not happy with this purchase. read more

I just wanted to give a personal shout out to Pride Sash and to Nike' (Customer Service Rep), for the outstanding job and on expediting my daughter's sash, in time for her high school graduation on 18Jun15. I had thought I dropped the ball on failing to order the sash in plenty of time and Nike' assured me that the order would be at my place in time for the graduation. Sure enough, she was right. The quality of the sash and the embroidery was outstanding. I look forward to having to use them again, for my daughter's college graduation. Thanks for the great work and customer service!! read more

These stoles are perfect for graduation. Pink and blue are Delta gamma colors. Very helpful that the previous class also ordered from this website so we knew exactly what to expect. The material was exactly what we expected and we definitely got out money's worth for this purchase. Very satisfied with this producer. Due to the free shipping, out sorority will most likely be ordering from this company again. Thank you so much. read more

Just one update: When this order came (three years ago now; yikes!) the stoles didn't have the pockets I had requested. It wasn't a big deal not to have them; I just included them because there was room in the budget after I had put the whole order together. But, none of the stoles had pockets. So I called about it, and a refund was issued almost immediately. Our stoles were lovely, as expected; all customizations spot on. :) Well done, PrideSash! read more

Horrible. I would not recommend using this company. I ordered my sash the beginning of April and it was supposed to be to me by the end of April it still has not came. I called last week and they said it should be shipped by end of the week, called today still hasn't shipped, now they are saying that it will ship by the end of this week however my ceremony is on Monday. read more

A student organization I am a part of had ordered from Pride Sash last year. I decided to stick with the same service for ordering graduation stoles. Pride Sash not only reached out to us during the semester, but also helped us edit our stoles, gave us free shipping, and communicated quickly and clearly throughout the process. We are very happy with the service and products we will be receiving from Pride Sash-- they're exactly what we wanted, at a competitive price. read more

I ordered graduation sashes for my sports team and they came out great! Will be ordering from them again.

These sashes were a little pricey, BUT were absolutely beautiful. I run a program at a local university and buy these every year for our graduating seniors. I can't tell you how excited the seniors were to get these! read more

It's greatly appreciated. The stoles we ordered last year were beautiful quality and I am really happy to continue working with Pride Sash this year and in years to come. read more

Highly upset with this company. I ordered March 16 after grad fair. My graduation is a week in a half away and I was charged 10+ for overnight shipping. I have called numerous times and they continue to change shipping date. When I called first time they said it was shipping last week of April. I also asked about tracking mumber information and they said they did not provided that. What??? I let that week go by and nothing. I called again and they said by May 1st NOTHING. I called yesterday and I am supposedly getting it shipped tomorrow and will be receiving an email with tracking info. This is such a disorganized company. I hope I do get my sash before graduation and I hope it is good quality and well made. I did not get charged 120 on my account for this ridiculous delay. read more

My sorority has been getting our graduation stoles from here for a few years now. The site is super easy to use to design your own stole. The material is very high quality and will definitely look great in all the graduation pictures. Overall, I am very satisfied with Pride Sash. read more

I ordered my sash 15 days ago, so I called today asking for in update because I haven't received anything no sash or email (even checked the junk mail) and it's the day before my graduation. The lady who answered then proceeded to tell me that I I had called to cancel my order when this was in fact the first time I had ever called. When I informed her of this she then changes is to say that actually my order didn't make the deadline. Even though I got a confirmation email saying they got my order and it would ship in 5 business days. She then tells me that they sent me an email saying that I didn't meet the deadline and I checked my mail and junk mail and there was no such thing. They never communicated with me and now my graduation is tomorrow and I have no sash or even enough notice to try and order one else where. They didn't even apologize or anything, definitely not getting my future sashes from this company. read more

This is my second time ordering a sash for graduation! I ordered with pridesash for undergrad and recently for my masters. Each time they have been very kind and dedicated to getting your sash to you on time. Recently I reached out to check on the status of my sash and the representative was extremely kind and genuinely listened to me when I expressed my concern that my sash would not reach me in time for me to have my graduation announcements ready, they kindly offered to look into the order status and found out that my sash was actually ready for delivery. They took the time to listen to my concerns and sure enough my sash was delivered shortly afterwards! read more

I am a CSULA student who was misinformed by a sales rep at the graduation fair and now "they are no longer taking orders for csula" I'm graduating with my masters and wanted to make a custom order. At the grad fair the young man was tired or something but looked disheveled and did not answer any of my questions he said oh I don't really know. He told me I could order it online and specifically told me there was no deadline. He told me I can call in an order as well and they could help me. So there's a month left till graduation and I can't get a custom stole.. They want me to buy one from the bookstore which have a big csula logo on them which I don't want. I wanted the seal. I know it shouldn't be a big deal but my mother really cares about stuff like this and wanted to give it to her after my graduation. Please make sure that you send more knowledgeable staff to the grad fairs especially since that's where a lot of business is going. I would have loved to get my custom stole especially for a masters degree. It sucks:( read more

Guys, if you are looking for sashes or stoles for graduation AVOID Pride Sash! Their business was horrible. When placing an order we has a request box where we could place when we wanted our sashes to us by and we put May 7th. We placed our order 3 weeks ago and was told they would be ready by the 5th of May. We called today to find out where they were and the company had not even started on them! We were told that the requested delivery date was only for the customers and not accurate. Then don't put it up there! However, when we called and spoke to an employee at the company (12 hours after we placed the order, 3 weeks ago) we were told that we would have the sashes by May 5th! But we call today and the order was not even started! Complete waste of money! And my graduation is on the 9th (in 2 days) and we won't have our stoles! We will be getting a refund for them! If you need graduation sashes or stoles, DON'T COME HERE! Look somewhere else! Don't even waste your money with Pride Sash. read more

I ordered an usual stole, with different colors and a custom honor society logo that Pride Sash had to digitize. I was involved with every step of the complicated build because they called and emailed me with questions to make sure they had it right (Thank you, Annette and Stephanie!). I ordered my stole months in advance, since I was not in a hurry, but I could feel that they were - good work ethic! I could not be happier with the result, every little detail is perfect! Because I am faculty I will get to wear it with pride for years to come! Thank you, Pride Sash, I will be recommending you to anyone who compliments your stole. read more

The graduation sashes have come on time and the colors have looked great on our students. Very reliable customer service.

My sorority has ordered stoles through Pride Sash and now I'm using this company for every other association I am apart of! They are very responsive through email communication and the website is easy to manage, design, and navigate through the process. We have always loved the quality and appearance of the stoles from Pride Sash at my university, and I am excited for the opportunity to keep using this company many graduations into the future. 10/10 would recommend Pride Sash for all student clubs and organizations! Thank you Pride Sash for excellent customer service answering all my questions as well as for such a quality product. read more

Great responsiveness from this company. I've ordered graduation sashes for the past three years. Good quality and good delivery time. The website generally works well but it's hard to tell the colors from the computer, which isn't a ding against them. read more

First off, pride sash does make great sashes just as the comments suggest. I was delighted with the quality and customization. My low review is for their terrible customer service. I placed my order the day they came to my school (march 14th). I wanted to make sure I received it early and was hoping to have a photo shoot before my graduation in late may. Plenty of time right? I started seeing people receiving their sashes as early as late April and I became concerned when the first week of May passed and I hadn't even received a tracking number. Most of these students receiving their orders had ordered a week or 2 after me and had already received their orders. I called a few times and was informed they were being mailed out but they wouldn't provide any specific information. Finally, on May 11 I called and demanded specific information regarding my sash. I was told it was not yet completed but would soon be sent out. Their website states for a standard order it takes 1-4 weeks. I was now on week 7 and my ONE sash wasn't done? I asked if I could personally pick it up instead of them mailing it and they agreed. It was ready the next day. I arrived and asked how long it would take for them to refund the shipping charges since I picked it up myself. Some lady wearing glasses sitting in the corner said I wouldn't be getting a refund. I refused to argue over $7 so I walked out. The situation could have been handled better. No apology and clearly their operations is a mess if people that ordered after me are getting their sashes way before me. Plenty of other students where having the same problem. I'd like to gather a few so we can speak to our school and hopefully switch to a company that cares a little more. Word of advice pride sash, get it together before you start losing big business. We might just seem like a bunch of college students to you but we can definitely make our voice be heard. read more
