Ordered a graduation stole and it is crooked and poorly made. The letters of the embroidery are different sizes, and the gold border is crooked on one side not to mention made of cheap/thin ribbon material. The only thing that came out well was the seal. I ordered my sash at my schools grad fest where they had their own table. Me and my sister ordered our sashes about 2 months prior to graduation. They told us the sashes would be ready in about 4-6 weeks. A couple weeks prior to graduation, I had called to check on my order in which they assured me would be shipped out that Saturday. That next Monday I called to double check it shipped, and it turns out the order was never shipped in which they again told me it would be shipped out the next day. I called everyday that week, and every time I called they said the exact same thing, that it was going to be shipped out tomorrow. They told me "it is sitting out waiting to be shipped". If it was ready I don't understand why it was not getting shipped!! I got so frustrated that I had to personally drive down and pick up my sash myself because I was getting worried it would not come in on time. To keep it short and sweet, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! The fact that they kept telling me my order was going to ship when it wasn't is absolutely ridiculous. Yes they are cheaper than most places, but I would have much rather spend more and avoided this headache and frustration!!! If I had not personally picked up my sash myself, I would not have received my order on time! read more

Just one update: When this order came (three years ago now; yikes!) the stoles didn't have the pockets I had requested. It wasn't a big deal not to have them; I just included them because there was room in the budget after I had put the whole order together. But, none of the stoles had pockets. Highly upset with this company. I ordered March 16 after grad fair. My graduation is a week in a half away and I was charged 10+ for overnight shipping. I have called numerous times and they continue to change shipping date. When I called first time they said it was shipping last week of April. I also asked about tracking mumber information and they said they did not provided that. What??? I let that week go by and nothing. I called again and they said by May 1st NOTHING. I called yesterday and I am supposedly getting it shipped tomorrow and will be receiving an email with tracking info. This is such a disorganized company. I ordered my sash 15 days ago, so I called today asking for in update because I haven't received anything no sash or email (even checked the junk mail) and it's the day before my graduation. The lady who answered then proceeded to tell me that I I had called to cancel my order when this was in fact the first time I had ever called. When I informed her of this she then changes is to say that actually my order didn't make the deadline. Even though I got a confirmation email saying they got my order and it would ship in 5 business days. I am a CSULA student who was misinformed by a sales rep at the graduation fair and now "they are no longer taking orders for csula" I'm graduating with my masters and wanted to make a custom order. At the grad fair the young man was tired or something but looked disheveled and did not answer any of my questions he said oh I don't really know. He told me I could order it online and specifically told me there was no deadline. He told me I can call in an order as well and they could help me. So there's a month left till graduation and I can't get a custom stole.. They want me to buy one from the bookstore which have a big csula logo on them which I don't want. I wanted the seal. I know it shouldn't be a big deal but my mother really cares about stuff like this and wanted to give it to her after my graduation. Please make sure that you send more knowledgeable staff to the grad fairs especially since that's where a lot of business is going. Guys, if you are looking for sashes or stoles for graduation AVOID Pride Sash! Their business was horrible. When placing an order we has a request box where we could place when we wanted our sashes to us by and we put May 7th. We placed our order 3 weeks ago and was told they would be ready by the 5th of May. We called today to find out where they were and the company had not even started on them! We were told that the requested delivery date was only for the customers and not accurate. Then don't put it up there! However, when we called and spoke to an employee at the company (12 hours after we placed the order, 3 weeks ago) we were told that we would have the sashes by May 5th! But we call today and the order was not even started! Complete waste of money! And my graduation is on the 9th (in 2 days) and we won't have our stoles! We will be getting a refund for them! I was involved with every step of the complicated build because they called and emailed me with questions to make sure they had it right (Thank you, Annette and Stephanie!). First off, pride sash does make great sashes just as the comments suggest. I was delighted with the quality and customization. My low review is for their terrible customer service. I placed my order the day they came to my school (march 14th). I wanted to make sure I received it early and was hoping to have a photo shoot before my graduation in late may. Plenty of time right? I started seeing people receiving their sashes as early as late April and I became concerned when the first week of May passed and I hadn't even received a tracking number. Most of these students receiving their orders had ordered a week or 2 after me and had already received their orders. I called a few times and was informed they were being mailed out but they wouldn't provide any specific information. Finally, on May 11 I called and demanded specific information regarding my sash. I was told it was not yet completed but would soon be sent out. Their website states for a standard order it takes 1-4 weeks. I was now on week 7 and my ONE sash wasn't done? I asked if I could personally pick it up instead of them mailing it and they agreed. It was ready the next day. I arrived and asked how long it would take for them to refund the shipping charges since I picked it up myself. Some lady wearing glasses sitting in the corner said I wouldn't be getting a refund. I refused to argue over $7 so I walked out. The situation could have been handled better. No apology and clearly their operations is a mess if people that ordered after me are getting their sashes way before me. Plenty of other students where having the same problem. I'd like to gather a few so we can speak to our school and hopefully switch to a company that cares a little more. Word of advice pride sash, get it together before you start losing big business. We might just seem like a bunch of college students to you but we can definitely make our voice be heard. read more
