Madalyn is the best! I've known her since she was at her past job and had been excited to hear she was opening her own studio! It's been a year since her opening and I can't believe I haven't reviewed her yet! So first of all this location is adorable, I live about twenty minutes away but it's always worth the drive because it seems like a little getaway. She's super easy to schedule with and always responds promptly. Parking has also never been an issue! As far as the waxing part she is simply one of the best! I have gotten full face with brows, legs, Brazilian, underarm, nostrils and full legs and she always does an amazing job. At the place I was going at before I would always get short stubbly hairs after my wax and they said that it was my hair growth but with Madalyn that never happens and she said they were probably just breaking the hair. She always makes it as painless as possible which is appreciate! Her bedside manner is great also, she's very calm and soft spoken and makes the whole experience very relaxing! Post wax I'm always perfectly smooth and the redness is almost nonexistent! And as long as I listen to Madalyn's instructions I never get ingrowns :) ps her prices are very reasonable!
