Our child had their jersey, cleats and shin guards all ready, excited to meet their coach and play that evening. Soccer Shots cancelled at 8:30 am for our 6:30 pm class that was supposed to run 8 weeks long. Our family has blocked out 8 evenings and said no to numerous other plans because we had signed up for this soccer class. We clearly would have made other plans had we known. To cancel an entire class the same day (non-emergency) is cruel to do to the parents who work hard to assemble their family plans and summer calendars and most importantly cruel to the children who look forward to playing. They sent multiple confirmation emails and even sent emails stating who our coach was with pictures of him and a bio. Now we have to tell our child that their soccer class is not happening and the person is no longer their coach and no we don't get to use our new soccer cleats tonight at practice. This is very unprofessional, disrespectful to people's time. They gave only two choices: a credit for the fall season or choose from one of two other summer classes (it's a farther location and neither class day or time works for us). We do not feel comfortable signing up for the fall season knowing they might just cancel last minute on us again. Definitely looking elsewhere for our soccer needs and won't be making this mistake again.

The play area for older children has a very high slide and smaller slides for younger kids. There are swings for older children and bucket swings for the littles. The whole area has rubber tire below, so falls are not near as bad. There is a small rock climbing wall, ropes, and a good variety of things to do. The only time you want to avoid the park is on really hot days midday. The playground isn't at all shaded, so it can get very hot. There is also a pavilion area right next to the playground that is nice for having lunch. There are bathrooms there as well. In the summer, the ice cream truck is almost always there, so either bring cash or prep your kids that you won't be getting ice cream. haha! There are also fields all around the playground where you can walk the path, pull kids in a wagon, or ride on a bike as my kids like to do.

One is for older children and the other is for the younger children. The younger setup is arranged like a ship. There are 2 slides attached and some activities. The 2nd setup has multiple slides with multiple levels. The only way to get up to level 3 is by ladder, but the 2 slides on that level are pretty fun. I would say the playground is more for ages 3+, but fun can still be had by all. There are fields all around for football, soccer, or any other sport you can think of. Parking for the playground is limited with about 15 spots, but you can park on the grass all around the playground.

Having previously experienced a class on the courts, I knew immediately this was not something we wanted to participate in. Had this been disclosed before registration, we would not have signed up. The most frustrating part wasn't even the change itself--it was the way it was handled. I reached out multiple times looking for a reasonable solution. I initially asked to transfer our registration to a future season. Instead of working with us, my concerns were dismissed, emails went unanswered, and I found myself repeatedly chasing down responses. After 4 seasons with this organization, I expected far better treatment. It's clear that once they have your money, customer satisfaction is no longer a priority. Needless to say, we won't be back.

I've never known a league that has refs complain about players talking back about bad calls. THATS BASKETBALL! There's literally no level of basketball where players, coaches, fans..etc don't have a word or two for refs as long as it's in line. On top of that, the bias treatment my team was receiving. I don't want to jump to conclusions because my team was predominately black and brown but there was Definitely some type of favoritism being played for other teams over mine. Still looking for a league that can provided a great environment for players and that will staff good refs....bad refs = upset players. Basketball is a passionate game and Playmore has done a terrible job catering to people who love that game and competition.
