The workouts are challenging but Pete and Sebastian always make sure we are working out without injuring ourselves. They take time to explain the proper way to do each exercise and modify if you need. I not only love the classes and the trainers but the atmosphere is great, there are people of all shapes and sizes and you don't ever feel silly asking a question or needing something explained again. They do have an extensive array of cardio machines which is nice, certainly high tech ones at that. It's also a membership based gym, but you're paying for amenities like the pool, sauna, while extra payment is needed for personal trainers. I personally never used anything but the gym equipment here because I always come as a guests since my parents are members. They have some interesting process for guest members such as getting their blood pressure taken and I've seen guest clients be turned away temporarily because of it.

I went for a day, a lot of people looking like they don't know what they are doing, I know you see that at all gyms but this gym was a whole new level, was there for a couple hours, tried to use a squat rack but there was a guy on there the whole time doing dumb workouts, doing front squats totally wrong, just looked like an idiot and just hogging up the whole thing adding weight then dropping down just trying to act like he was doing something, and he also just did a rep then talked to his buddy for 20 min, then he would come back, do some more pointless dumb shit. Would of hopped on the rack but he left his sweatshirt and stuff by it. I really wanted to say something to him but I'm to much of a nice guy. Also no trainers there, I could probably train the people there. Besides all that if you need to get a workout done in the area it's a good place I suppose, just look at the options available first
