Yes, their cars are a little on the basic side, but they are super nice- and they don't hit you with hidden fees. I found out when I checked in EXACTLY how much everything was going to cost. MUST READ: their last shuttle does an airport pickup at 11pm. They stop giving out cars at 11:30pm. That's it. Don't bother calling as no one will answer. If you miss the last shuttle, take an uber to their office and you might have a chance of getting your rental. read more

As soon as our flight to Florida got delayed, we called priceless to make them aware of the changes. (Mind you it was only delayed about an hour) After countless calls to every listed priceless number, not one was answered. We were arriving right before they were supposed to close, so we weren't sure if we'd get on the last shuttle pickup for the night. We waited at the airport for awhile, just in case, before calling an Uber to get to our Airbnb. Early the next morning, we called to see if we could still pick up our reserved car to which we were told they had no more available. I had a reservation with Priceless and I wasn't aware they were outside the airport . Rental cars outside the airport close @ 11 pm . So because we landed @ 12:45 pm we had to get an Uber to the hotel and next day I went to get the car . I'm not sure how Amex has companies like this that don't accept Amex as a payment . I didn't have a visa credit card and for using a visa checking card I was charge $30 daily plus I had to get their insurance . I got a descent car with a flat tire , before I left I drove the car around where they clean the cars and asked the employe there to put some air on the tire . AVOID AT ALL COST. Booked our rental car on their website about 2 months before we went to Orlando. Our plane landed at MCO airport at 6am on an April Saturday morning. Got our bags and went waiting at the pick up spot for the Priceless shuttle at about 6:30am. Called Priceless multiple times but no one answers. Only a phone recording that says they opens at 6am and their shuttles run every 15 minutes. We waited for an hour, no shuttle, nobody answered their phone, as if somebody didn't feel like opening the shop that morning or the company has closed down permanently. Where to begin with this joke of a car rental company... first of the new location is some old janky ass building with a terrible parking situation. However I'm gonna start from the beginning, getting the rental from Priceline which seemed rather reasonable, get the car think I'm good, mind you this my first time renting a car. I get to the rental car location, upon entering the store I'm hearing people already bitching about the level of customer service and satisfaction from this company. Customers were complaining about the wait time for the shuttle, some were never picked up by the shuttle. Then there was one guy who got there his car rental was cancelled and the kicker is they never notified him so him and his son were asking if they had any other car their solution was no sir we do not have any more cars for rental. The poor guy was like dude there are plenty of cars on the lot. Other customers experienced unnecessary delays with the shuttle service which cost them their rental for claiming they were a no show. This lady from Canada came in shortly after I did, nice lady I liked her an she told me that Priceless charged her for the tolls, now mind you Florida governor suspended all tolls in the state due to the hurricane last week. I'm listening to the customer talk to the representative and oh my god hire some people who can speak proper English not broken English and then switches to Spanish. The guy also mumbled while talking behind his plexiglass window which made it even harder to hear him. His bullshit excuse was I was unaware that the tolls were suspended, I was like dude do you not take the highway it literally says at each toll that they are suspended by the governor do not stop. He just rolled his eyes at me. The Canadian lady was given a number to call for a refund of $115, welp the number she called she couldn't get a hold of anyone so I provided the corporate number and the ceo Mike DeLorenzo name to her to get a hold of. The worker just stared at me when I gave her this information along with coming to her defense that toll roads were suspended. Now I'm finally getting assistance myself, I get up to the counter the female employee asks for the itinerary show her then she's like car protection i inform her I already took it out then she gets snippy with me and like oh then can you show me the confirmation. I'm like wow like a switch go from sweet to sour, give her the confirmation then she's like I need a credit card I'm like for what I paid online and can you take debit card. Now she's getting bitchy with me, she's like when you booked the reservation it should of asked for the credit card, I said I used affirm and was unaware of the credit card deposit and was informed I could use my debit card. She's like uhhh I could point it out to you that we need it and we no longer do the whole debit card deposit. Now the fun part cancellations the whole thing says none refundable I was like the hell it is so called Priceline they called priceless and supposedly the first attempt they said was closed. I said that's bullshit I got him at 8:30pm after spending 2 hours at that shithole, and saw the hours of operation and they close around 10pm they are still open. So the guy calls again no response. So I hung up and called again, I got this rep named Leia now bless her heart for she was willing to help me, I gave her this particular priceless store's number just incase. She called the number they had on file no response, she called this number then switched back to me let me know she was in line to talk to the rep about my cancellation, I told her all that happened and she was like omg that is terrible. So after about 30 minutes she's able to talk to someone and confirmed the cancellation and full refund. First he said that is a late charge, I ask for what, than he said the price can change. That is not true, due if you agrree on something, they can not change the price without notice, that is the law. I had a reservation with priceless from 1/12/23-1/19/23 at LAX airport. After waiting half an hour at the spot they directed me to wait and no shuttle, I call their number and was given directions to another area where I waited another 20 minutes. I reached Orlando by 7pm and got to the rental place by shuttle by 8pm. It took almost 45min to process my reservation and got my car by 9ish. By this time im waiting after a long flight with my wife, 2 kids, 4 luggage and 2 car seats in hand. They got a 2017 nissan altima black for me and walked around the car for 30s in their drive wat at night light and signed me off. After 6 days, when i returned the car, they staff directly came to the front bumber and found a scratch and told me im responsible for it. Since i knew i had no accidents, the staff argued that somebody might have made a scratch when the car was parked. Thats not possible, since the scratches are not fresh and invisible with a normal look and they were clearly touched up by paint. They accused me and my wife of making an accident and touching it up with paint in the middle of our vacation. I have my insurance and i took foto of it and gave it to my insurance. They were very rude and 4 people ganged up on arguing with us and delayed our shuttle back to airport and we made it to our flight at the very last moment. The vacation had a totally bad ending. I have rented cars for more than 10 years at airports during vacations and this is the first of its kind. Worst experience ever... I'm a frequent business flyer and rent cars for all my work trips. This place is one of the worst I have experienced anywhere in the country. The staff is insanely rude, they force you to sign their rental agreement on their little touchpad without allowing you to read the agreement first. They also force you to sign that the car is undamaged, without permitting you to see the car first! They claim you must use their toll payment service because Florida highways do not accept cash, which is a plain lie. Avoid this place like the plague because they will scam the shit out of you. They will nickel and dime the fuck out of you, double your rate from what you agreed to when you booked, and dump thousands of dollars of "damage" on your credit card fraudulently. Although they do not usually take walk-ins, Mina accommodated us and was extremely kind during the process. Blatant Discrimination.... as soon as I attempted to check in I was told they don't rent to anyone with a Florida license. I let him know I checked their website and it stated there were restrictions but FL residents were allowed to rent cars. He then said if he ran my license I would be denied and I asked him to run it anyway. He pretended to scan my license and immediately told me it didn't work. I asked him to print out what he saw so that I could call 800 number to verify. He told me print outs were not possible and I couldn't take a look at his computer to show my decline. I immediately called 800 number and they informed me that it wasn't true that I couldn't rent vehicle. When I returned I was met by a group of women who I later learned worked there as decoys of public officials who were trying to control all complaints. As I approached the desk a third time I got a new story of special requirements including a 1 million dollar additional liability policy outside of my traditional insurance as well as a max of 60 miles and a 1000 hold fee. I really enjoyed my rental from Priceless of Orlando. I originally had a Jeep SUV rental in store for my 5 days in Florida. When I got to the rental agency a really nice rep handled my paperwork explaining to me the toll situation in the immediate area so she offered a toll package which I added to my contract. It's just easier and more convenient instead of worrying about having change or even worse being on a toll road that doesnt have a change booth but only accepts the sunpass. You don't want to get the 50$ violation in addition to the actual toll fee. As in was showing her my ID, insurance ID etc she said she could upgrade me from my Jeep rental ti a badass white Dodge Charger. I've rented one of these before on another trip, I happily accepted When it was time to return the car, I just filled the tank to full, brought it back to the agency, another rep looked over my car, handed me my paperwork and said she ll also email me a receipt and that was it!!
