slow slow slow slowslowslowslowslowslow.....slowslowslowslow What in the world is going on here? They have a sign-in sheet and dozens of chairs and couches...because they specialize in ...wait for it...SLOWNESS. We only came here because of Expedia deal routing. Waited over 20 min for airport off-property shuttle...then it took another 30 minutes or longer as we patiently went thru an unbelievable process...then another 15 min waiting outside while they washed the car out back...by hand...then brought it to us (finally) dripping wet. Wow, this place needs some. SERIOUS modernization in processes and systems. Wow, just crazy. read more

** I had an amazing experience with my rental .. I was hesitant to rent a car from them, but figured I'd give them a chance. *** So happy I did .. Arrived @ MCO after 9pm, went to the designated area, their was the Shuttle. I was prepared to call them, like your contract says. If their wasnt a Shuttle waiting. Priceless is about 10 - 15 minutes from the airport. Went in, their were families with children, I let them go first as I was traveling solo. The gentlemen at the counter, I forget his name, was very cordial .. No hidden fees, I did however pay 10.00 a day for EZ PASS, SUNPASS .. I wasnt sure where in FLA I would be traveling and didn't want any added fees later on and each "State" has surcharges & fees .. (those passes are non refundable, which is understandable and it's better than being hit with fees & surcharges on your return) I paid for a compact car, and I got a brand new 2022 Nissan Versa a full tank of gas ... I was pleasantly surprised. Yeah, it needed a car wash .. no biggie, I asked for sanitizer wipes and washed off the steering wheel, gear shift & door handles, and headed to late night car wash .... their rental service is cheap enough a car wash was no BIG DEAL@ ** People please read your contract, it clearly states, upon arrival please use one of the airport phones which say Rental car Co., or have the number stored on your phone, or have your contract on hand! .. I chose to get their insurance, so with the SUN/EZPASS & ins I still spent alot less than I would have on the bigger car rental companies. I will definitely be using Priceless Car Rental in the future & will recommend them to my family & friends. I was very happy with my service from start to finish! read more

5 HOURS!! That how long it took go get my car. And everyone there was in the same predicament. Stay away from this company. After they add all the fees you will end up paying more than the reputable companies. Thieves is mild word to describe what they are. read more

Horrible service if I could give this place no stars I would! I came back from vacation and had to wait 45 mins for a shuttle. I called the customer service line and there was no way to talk to someone, it was just an automated system. After calling for the 3rd time I decided to press 0 and after 10 rings a man came on and said "ooh ok I'll call someone" The shuttle then finally came 20 mins after I called and told the guy how long we were waiting he just threw his handles ms up as if he didn't care. Obviously he didn't! This place may be cheap but it's totally not worth it. Spend the extra 5 dollars and go somewhere else. This place is Horrible!!! read more

I wish I could put negative stars. I made a reservation Oct 2, 2023, I show up at the Orlando Airport Oct 13,2023 , went downstairs where I waiting over an hour for the shuttle. Caught an Uber to the location ($20) only to see the shuttle van sitting there, went inside and. The shuttle Rep states it hey sent emails out earlier in the week to state they were sold out of vehicles. She advised to me was " better go back to the airport and book online before you get there. Now the shuttle can move to take me back to the airport. This place is full of it read more

I booked this place through Orbitz and thought I was getting a good deal with $4/day but it ended up totaling $64 because of taxes! This car rental is located about 6 mins from the airport so their shuttle picks you up from the A or B side of the airport which is convenient. We waited about 20 mins for the shuttle after leaving the baggage claim. The horrible experience started when we got to the car rental and the salesperson proceeded to try to swindle me into buying unnecessary add-ons (I know, that's his job, but he was pretty rude about it). First he poorly explained that I could either put down a $359 deposit or pay an additional $40 on top of my $64 for the rental. I'm still not sure why I would pay an extra $40 as his explanation was poorly done in telling me I could get an upgrade. I was fine with a small economy car as they're great on gas and didn't need an upgrade for an extra $40 so I decided to pay the outrageous $359 deposit, which I've never been charged for in Michigan where I'm from. I feel like that was an outrageous hidden fee. The salesperson told me I was making a mistake and why wouldn't I just pay $40! Well, because I wasn't expecting to pay $100 for an economy car for 4 days! My choice. Then the salesperson tried to sell me a toll pass for $8.99/day...another $40 stating that there are so many unavoidable tolls and most of them "don't accept cash or credit card." This information didn't sound correct to me as I've been to FL before so I declined to purchase the pass. He told me that they charge $50 for every missed toll! Outrageous. I still declined and he mumbled under his breath "I can't wait to see how many tolls you hit." Lol, NONE! I have GPS and here's a tip: select "avoid tolls" on your GPS and you'll be just fine, but most of the tolls do in fact accept cash. I even asked a local person and he told me the rental car place was lying to me (I know). Now on to the rental car. We got a 2017 Volkswagen Jetta which the salesperson claimed was an upgrade anyways. It wasn't. The seats were filthy, so filthy I barely wanted to sit on them. The windows from the inside were so dirty I needed to pull over and clean them so I could see properly as the smudges caused the oncoming car lights to glare. I've never gotten a car in such poor condition. It had about 35,000 miles on it. I would never rent from this place again. read more

This place is about 15 minutes off site of airport. Booked thru 3rd party (Expedia). So they shuttle you. We get there after booking reservation and paying. We rent cars a dozen + times a year. 3-4 times are from MCO. My husband and I decided to do Hotwire Hot Rate this Christmas. We got Ace and were like, hmmm, ok, it's off site but let's try it out. Ace was lovely customer service but gave away our car and tossed us over to Priceless because they supposedly had the size of car we reserved. We go next door and the guy from Ace introduced us to the the Priceless guy. That's where any semblance of pleasantry ended. Priceless is service-less, frill-less, and tact-less. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. THIS IS A BUDGET, LOW END, TERRIBLE SERVICE CAR RENTAL PLACE. Consider it the Spirit Airlines of the car rental industry but I suspect Spirit doesn't employ bigots. The Priceless guy was rude, aggressive, and treated my husband and I like he was doing us a favor renting us a car. He seemed put off that we were a same sex married couple, possibly bigoted, and was aggressively (and falsely) trying to sell us every add on possible and got angrier and angrier the more we said no. He refused to read our insurance card and got angry when I pointed out both my husbands names were on the same card, maybe he'd never seen two dudes on the same insurance, but most likely he's a bigot. Then he gave us a car that was not the mid-sized car we rented, but a COMPACT! To boot, there was a low pressure light on for the tires. Just what you want to see as you're driving 70 down the FL Turnpike. The guy next to us had an ABS (brakes) warning light and they said "that's prolly nothing" 1.) They don't care about their customers safety or comfort. 2.) Are not interested in being in customer service. 3.) Might be bigots or at the very least rude. 4.) Aggressively upsell. 5.) Do not honor reservations when made. We called today to follow up on our terrible experience that we had and the woman that answered today was just as terrible at her job and yelled at us and also said the low pressure light JUST meant there was low pressure in the tires... which by the way could cause a blow out at high speeds like the 70mph speed limit in Florida. We rent cars in Orlando numerous times a year. We will stick to Thrifty/Budget and the others because we've never had a bad experience with them and have certainly never been treated so poorly ever. The $50 we saved was not worth this. We have now just parked the car and won't use it for the other 5 days of our trip as we view it as unsafe to drive. If you love your family and care about their safety, do not rent from Priceless. read more

I really wish I read the reviews before I booked here. It is a total scam operation. It will probably close down and open under another name so all these reviews will disappear. In fact the keychain they gave us said "Best rate car rental", the credit card charge shows up as "global rental", and their current business name is "Priceless Car Rental"..so who knows. The employee behind the counter started out friendly, upbeat, and being a real "jokester" when he was racking up the charges on my bill . My senses started telling me "snake oil salesman" so I started asking questions and denying add ons and his personality quickly descended downhill becoming quite nasty, condescending, sarcastic, and rude. First tried to scam us into a "mandatory" insurance package (his words). I told them I not only have coverage with my credit card company I have insurance so why am I paying this. After much huffing and puffing, threats, and intimidation tactics he begrudgingly added my information and took off the charge. He asked me if I had my insurance card in a cocky tone so I think they bet on the fact tourists don't have it in their wallet (thankfully I did). Mandatory toll "package" at 24.99 a Day was added or you will face "big fines". He was trying to play the roll of master intimidator at this point. I unfortunately paid it since he lied and said some tolls don't take cash or card but I didn't even spend CLOSE to 24.99 a day in tolls (how would that even be possible?!) and drove hundreds of miles daily so they're pocketing money big time on that. The car was filthy and covered in dust and major stains. The outside was in awful condition so make sure you take lots of pictures. I'm guessing they charge people for repairs but never fix or clean the cars. I'm paying $200 for 4 days rental for an economy car and you can't even swipe the dash board for dust..? Or get the nasty stains off the seats (they were literally "soiled") Ok..... The $250 deposit will stay "pending" on your card for weeks. Please go with a legitimate rental car company that only charges you the tolls you incur and are up front about charges and fees and give you a clean car. This company rope you in by charging you the $40 immediately when you book online. And For some reason they always show up at the top of search engine and you can't even FIND the legit companies easily on discount sites right now because these scam artists fake prices put them at the top results.... read more

After reading the reviews i thought I was in for trouble. But, I wasn't! A little slow to pick up the rental but I got there at 1:00 am so it wasn't fully staffed. Price was right, got a ride in a beautiful shuttle bus from and to the airport. Yeah, it wasn't bad at all. read more

I wouldn't recommend renting a car from this company. I paid 3 weeks in advance & when I arrived at the Orlando Airport, I waited for a pickup for almost 2 hours & no one ever arrived. RUN AWAY!! We rented a car and collision insurance through Expedia. Total price that we were supposed to be charged at the counter was slightly over $40. We picked up the car and told the guy that we did not want ANY insurance. However, he sneaked the SLI (liability insurance) and the total cost was $102. They also did not warned us that they were going to put a $250 hold on our bank account. They did not give as a receipt of the hold either. The following day we went back to ask about these two issues. A guy, who we guess was the manager (he did not introduce himself), dealed with us in a very aggressive and unpolite way. He told us random things like that the SLI was mandatory in Florida (not true). Later he changed his argument and said that the SLI was required by Priceless, which is not true either, I copy paste the following from the Priceless website: "Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI) SLI is an optional excess insurance that protects the renter and other authorized operators against claims made by third parties for bodily injury/death and property damage caused by the use or operation of the rental vehicle. Check with your own auto insurance policy to determine whether additional excess coverage is already provided." https://www.pricelesscarrental.com/rental-faqs.htm He also said that he could not give us a receipt from the deposit, stating that nobody does that. NOT TRUE AGAIN. We rented a car the same day with FOX, which is within a few blocks away, same street. They did not force us to get the SLI and they gave us a receipt for the hold!! read more

I was very pleased with the service and car from Priceless this past week. Julio was a great service representative and it was refreshing to drop off the car to the same staff member. He remembered what I was visiting for and was very nice and it was great to be somewhere away from home but know you are cared for. The shuttle did take a little time but was worth the price comparation. Just leave lots of time to get to and from the airport. Thanks Julio! read more

Avoid them at all costs, they will be happy to take your $750 damage deductible and refuse to provide required documents to fulfil your claim. All of their fleet comes pre-damaged as well. I saw other reviews about this place and the reviews were awful, sadly we went i a very high season and the car selection for renting was very slim and expensive, so we decided to take the risk, and i am glad we did. The shuttle came on time we got there and a car got assigned quickly and simple ( nissan altima 21) the gentleman helping was nice and helpful. The only thing the car wasnt the cleanest but not bad. I had a wonderful experience with this location and Fred was the best, he truly helped me out. I got to Orlando with my husband, baby and in-laws and the other car rental company cancelled my reservation and left us stranded! I was trying to rent from the location next door and the line was so long so I just walked over to this location and explained the situation to Fred and I felt heard and he helped us and got us a rental. I don't know what we would have done without him, thank you so much Fred, I hope you read this! For all the negative reviews I'm sure there are 20 positive ones that don't get written. Snake oil salesmen. Tried to sell a lot of add-ons as if they were necessary. Example 1: Pay $8.99 a day for a toll pass because some places don't take card or cash and violations are $100! Completely omitted that the toll booths all take coins, and you will NEVER spend $8.99 on tolls in a day unless you're an Uber driver or something. Example 2: Pre-pay for a full tank of gas so you don't have to refill -- only $3.15 a gallon which is a steal because it's $3.35 outside! Not true. It was under $3.00 a gallon outside. Example 3: We cannot respect the price you booked for on Kayak because you must pay an expensive daily insurance fee. (I read the fine print. I'm insured on my own. I don't need to do that.) I'm not used to such strangely dishonest and opaque business. Only got two stars because the airport shuttle drivers are very nice. read more

Horrible customer service. The counter attendant was very arrogant. He took a call when I was picking up my car (whic is fine) and he was completely rude to the customer on the other end. Paying customers, regardless if they booked direct or expedia, orbits, etc., should all be treated with respect. Also, they do NOT tell you that if you do bot have a credit card you will be charged an extra $10 per day. So, yes 9 bucks per day is cheap BUT only if you have a credit card. Debit with VISA logo doesnt matter they still charge 10 extra per day that they do not disclose before hand. Take your business elsewhere this place is garbage. read more

Easily the worst experience I've had with renting cars in 30+ years of renting . Car wouldn't start after 1 hour drive to take care of ailing mother. Called "after hours service" number on agreement & they told me they couldn't help & to call Orlando location when they reopened the next day. Did that & called them over the course of next 3 days & their only option was to return the car & swap for another. This was not possible for me due to my mother's health .Bought jumper cables & had to jump car 7 times over course of 8 day rental. Orlando location showed no concern about rectifying situation during or after rental. I should have paid $40 more & went with a real company. Clearly a case of you get what you pay for. read more

You walk in and it's completely empty... guy at front desk seems like he does not want to be there. I went twice and both times it was dead and he seemed irritated. Claimed to have no cars one day and then another day saying I needed $1000 deposit since I'm a Fl resident. (When I called a few days later another guy said $500 deposit). These people are running their clients away. Literally saying " I'm opened but I want no business. Go away". Really sad as I don't see this place in business for too long. Ace rental right next door was packed with clients, and employees and getting tons of business. Smh. read more

Well first of all this Orlando (MCO) airport location has on their apps and website listings for VW Jetta or similar, looking out across the parking lot they have no VW that i could see and a Nissan versa is no where near the Jetta I don't even know why they consider them the same class. i do appreciate the fact that you guys don't attach an additional $20 a day plus the daily rate i originally booked at which was around $9.00 a day for extending the rental, and please don't follow fox on this idea. So this sounds like one of several big issues with this Orlando Airport location is the agents at the counter, as I read that someone else mentioned the agent at the counter trying to use a scare tactic to get you to waste your money on the $9.00 per day toll fees! Save yourself some money drive down the road pick up a transponder for the tolls for $10-$15 dollars, and then after you go thru your first toll, you go online download the Sunpass App, setup your Sunpass account, add $10 to your account and I believe they credit you an additional $5 or $10, fill in the car information, license plate of your rental car, remember to check the box stating this is a rental vehicle and your good to go.. So the agent that was assigning me the car when I told him that I had a sunpass already, he responded with "well if you go through a toll with the rental car you will get charged for the violation and then we charge $$ a day up to how ever many days." So I just laughed at him and said "really, cause I have rented cars before in Florida and had no issues with being able to link a rental to my transponder." He had nothing to say after that. So the car I returned on the 14th of feb, and I was told like everyone else it will take 10-15 days before I would see a refund of my $250. (steep) deposit. Industry standard is $150.00 hold on CC. It is now the 3rd of March, and of course when I call the phone number for customer service, I am told by AI answering service to leave a message and we will return your call. I have gone online and sent them a message. This location is difficult to get in touch with and their customer service takes forever. So hopefully if someone in the company reads this post that I am leaving, maybe I will get a response??? read more

So I was quoted 68$ on travelocity. When I get to the damn counter they say my bill for a literal busted up Nissan Versa with dents all over it is 159$. THEN they said because I had a Florida drivers license the insurance I had purchased was null and void, they wouldn't accept it, they then required me to pay 20$per day to use my own damn insurance on the car. On top of that they charge an extra 100$ if you use a debit card for your reservation. The car had dash lights on when I picked it up. The car was dented all over. The car stunk like cigarette smoke. The customer service people are ridiculously rude. Do not rent from them. Pay the extra 5$ a day and rent from Hertz or avis. TERRIBLE PLACE. No communication. No accommodations for the inconvenience. My cousin and I rented a car to pick up Thursday night. However, our flight got delayed six times, and we didn't land in Orlando until the next morning. Susan said there were no notes left from the night prior of us calling and informing them about our delayed flight. We booked through cheap tickets and even they called Priceless Car Rental to have them hold our car for us. Friday morning, we had to wait two hours for the next available car to be cleaned out. The washers were suppose to be here at 6am and it's been 45 minutes and they're still not here. When I asked again for compensation I was told I should be happy they got me back to my location, that they weren't going to be making any money on my rental and that we were even. I called several times, was told a manager would call me back and I never received a call. I was then told when I returned my vehicle to speak with a supervisor on duty, I attempted to do that and was told that the supervisor on duty had just left and there was nothing they could do for me. I was advised to call back within the next few days to talk to a manager, I attempted for three days and was never able to reach a person. I left a message and never received a phone call back. Seriously people!! Really rude customer service - the lady at the front desk asked me to pay extra for full insurance despite me trying to explain that I have insurance and providing evidence for it. Then, she insisted that I call my insurance company to confirm that I had insurance (yes, I did have my insurance card with me) AND my credit card company to confirm secondary insurance. And all that at 10 pm. Her attitude was 'I don't care how long it takes, I have all day' ... which she made sure to state. And when I dropped my car off, again, I had to wait FOREVER for the shuttle to take me to the airport. They didn't care that I was at risk of missing my flight. The employees just ... do NOT care. The reviews that have been previously written are absolutely accurate. My wife booked a car through Priceline.com and didn't see the reviews beforehand. It took roughly 30 minutes for the shuttle to show up when we landed at the airport. It then took us 45 min to get our car once we got there. The staff is very shady, and they try to up sell everything. Recommend you bring proof of insurance and your own sunpass, because otherwise they'll get you. They will charge $50 per toll that you go through without cash options, even though the state of Florida will charge $2.50. The salesman flat out lied to me about that and said the state charges that much...almost like the internet doesn't exist. I'm now sitting waiting for a shuttle back to the airport for roughly 30 min, sorely disappointed in the whole experience. The car return was somewhat smooth, but I think that's because the sales staff saw me taking photos of the car as I returned it just in case. Don't use this car service. It was just a bad experience. read more
