Love it when someone is on their game! Had to write a review for this location specifically mentioning the person who helped me hook up my trailer. I rented a 6'x12' trailer for a move back north. The process at the counter was seamless then I was sent out to retrieve my trailer. I was greeted by Leanardo who met me with a very professional and positive but down to earth personality. I told him that I Had just purchased a new hitch I needed to have the bolts tightened because I did not have a socket big enough to do it at home. Without any fuss he took it into the shop and had it tightened properly. After mounting the trailer onto the receiver I noticed that it was sitting a little low and asked what we could do to raise it up. He then offered to flip the hitch in order to gain about 2 inches. This would require re-doing the work that he had just done which without hesitation he went back into the shop and corrected it. Mind you it was about 95° out without a cloud in the sky and the sun beating down on both of us. He did all this while keeping a very positive attitude and being very professional. We used this location twice recently. On both occasions, we reserved a truck using the app. This made for an easy experience to pick up, drop off, and pay for the truck. We were also able to extend the rental without a problem. read more

Polite and helpful service, nothing to complain about the staff. The problem is that the company always has an extra charge that is demanded even after you return the truck. And it's not the first time this has happened. read more

7800 Narcoossee Rd, Orlando, FL 32822 I went visited this place 04/07/20 3pm to get a towing hitch installed. It took 2 hrs of waiting and the agent (Megan) told me that I need to come back tomorrow because there is an issue on the wiring that she can't figure out. As soon as I get in my vehicle the inside smells cigarette. So I just air it out and figure that I'll just call them to let them know because I'm in a hurry So I drove off without checking my vehicle in detailed because I'm running late to get to the bank. After the appt at the bank at the parking lot I inspected the work that has been done to my vehicle and I found out a lot of scratches on my rear bumper so I swing By there office to show the new scratches and I explained that I know it is new scratches coz I wash my own car so every scratches and blemishes on the vehicle I know. She told me that the GM Shawn carvana will be in and just let him know. The next day I went back and told him the major issue which my vehicle smells cigarette and there are a lot of new scratches and that I'm not looking for any monetary discount just want to let them know how bad my experience was but instead of getting an apology from there general manager he just told me excuses and makes me feel like I'm lying so I told him that well I guess just fix my vehicle and get me on the road because at this point I'm just wasting my time and your time. After a good hr he told me that he doesn't have the right wiring so he needs to order one and it should be here 3 to 5 days. The 13th of April I called to check on the update GM Shawn told me it should be here on the 16th. I ask him to please update me on the 16th. Never heard anything from him so I decided to give them a call on the 18th and nobody pick up on that location after a few calls and trying I've reach the customer service and told me that she would left a message in Shawn phone to give me a call back. Yup you guess right never got any form of message from him or his staff. So I decided to call again the 20th and nobody answered at there location and my call got forwarded to customer care which is same thing they will leave a VM on his phone. I feel like they're just giving me a hard time in that location because of the feedback I expressed. I decided to swingby to get an update. Talk to an agent and ask her about the wiring if it came in yet? And she told me she was about to call me to tell me that my wiring is in already. I asked her when did it arrived? She told me just this morning. I told the agent "wow thats pretty convenient I showed up and the wiring arrived" so I just told her to just please fix the car already because this is a waste of time already. I started 04/07/2020 and it's 04/21/20 it's been 2 weeks handling this issue. Then the lady at the counter just put the most sarcastic laugh so I ask her if she thinks my situation is funny!? She just told me to just come back tomorrow and Shawn the GM will handle it. I went back the next day 04/22/2020 1030am and Shawn started working in my car and after an hr or so he told me that he doesn't know why the wiring is not working. He gave me 2 options. The first one he said he can hard wire the car. Which i don't feel like the best option. And the second option he gave me I can just go home do my research and fix it myself and if I figure it out his all ears on how I fix it. That is just 2 options that is dumb! I will definitely post this review on every social media that I can get my hands on! This is just crazy I got the worst customer service experienced! Made me feel I'm not welcome in that location at all. I spent money to be disrespected and get disappointed and to top it all wiring was not working at all. read more

Horrible. My truck was not available at the location chosen. When I arrived the truck was dirty and the windshield was splattered with bugs. I drove from Tulsa to Orlando. When I turned the truck in & left they charged an extra $275. When I called they said, $25 cleaning fee and $250 for extra miles. What happened was they never check the truck in and out from the previous rental and charged me those miles. Horrible customer service, start to finish. Rude, uncaring people and company. Worst Uhaul Location Ever. Never kept time promises or phone call updates for Ubox. Missed their Ubox pickup date so they said they can only pick it up a week later. If I could leave zero stars I would. Possibly the worst U-Haul location I've ever been to. Kyle Aiken, the "Assistant Manager", of this location has to have the worst customer service and problem solving skills I've ever come across. I've worked in customer service for 9 years and have never experienced anyone like this, nor have I ever treated anyone with the amount of disrespect he gave, and I've had people berate me and I still try to assist the customer to the best of my ability but he couldn't even do that. He brushed us off, argued back and forth with us the entire time and said "Why should I care, it's not my money." All we were trying to do from the beginning was rectify the issue and he blatantly showed and verbally expressed that he did not care. Good Afternoon, I am writing this review to let everyone know to stay away from this particular store. The U-Haul located at 78000 Narcoossee Rd, Orlando Fl 32822 operated by store manager Taylor. I recently rented from them and it has been a nightmare. I took a video of the whole vehicle to asses any damage that it had prior to driving it out of the location. The vehicle was already very messed up as my video shows. When the bill came along I noticed a fee charging me for damages to the front of the vehicle, which it was there prior to renting the truck. The video clearly shows the damage. I went and showed them the video, telling them it was most likely a misunderstanding. The associate who help me told me that I was correct because they put an x on damages towards any vehicle prior to renting it, and that they had missed it. He told me do not worry I will show my manager and he took a picture of the damage from the video and documented it. I have not received any email or call saying that the return was issued back. I spoke with a representative online (Barbara) and she mentioned a case will be opened 2775234. Later, I received a call stating the vehicle damage will be charged to me since the vehicle is no longer at their location they can't do anything. I called to store again for the forth time and talked to the store manager (Taylor) who raised her voice and stared being disrespectful knowing that they had messed up and refusing to do anything. After her yelling at me, I tried to ask her to please call Orange City to inform them that this is only a simple mistake to get my money back and she hung up after yelling at me for returning the vehicle at a different location. I am saying this only to warn people that if this ever happens to you from these people, know that you are not alone and be aware. Taylor was disrespectful, unprofessional, rude, and disgusting. I couldn't believe I was speaking to a Manager. The store associates were more professional in admitting there fault but only the store manager can help with the issue and she refuses to.
