The driver arrived within the timeframe given (about an hour, since the initial dispatch informed me they needed the truck that could go off road instead of the flatbed that was immediately available), hooked up the vehicle well and got us out quickly, then followed us to be sure we didn't get stuck again! The trail was fairly well packed other than the one place we got stuck, and if we had paid attention to the size of the puddle we could have gone around as others did and been fine. Overall, loved this experience, appreciated the honesty (and lack of derisive laughter, though we were laughing ourselves quite a bit) and prompt attention from Johnson's and absolutely recommend their service if needed. Good, small town, local company.

They quote a price at the beginning and stay true with it. The payment is through your phone so there's no shady cash transactions or hidden fees at the last minute. Specifically for my situation, they estimated 2 hours and came in 1.5 hours. The main truck couldn't fit in my garage, so they called another person to come to tow it out of the parking garage. Super friendly. I'm contacting them for all towing services in the Orlando area moving forward.

As always the staff was courteous and attentive. They carefully track any/all work done on our cars and make the information available. Jimmie never hesitates to give me a call with any questions and is prepared to answer related to cost, alternative repairs and life expectancy of the existing parts and/or a new "fix." I came here wanting to get a quote on how much getting my car A/C and passenger rear view window…read morefixed would cost. The owner told me a simple dye test should do the trick to check the A/C. Hours after dropping my car off to do this test, they call me with an appalling list of things needed to be fixed in my car to the tune of over $3,500. One of which was leaking coolant, which I had fixed less than a year ago elsewhere. I went to my last mechanic to use the warranty from this repair. However, he was able to physically show me that there was no leak. I went to check everything else on this list of repairs Everything Automotive claimed I needed, and only 2 of the 5 repairs were actually true. I agreed to get my mirror changed at Everything Automotive and nothing else. But the owner wouldn't take my no for an answer on getting everything they listed repaired, and tried pressuring me to scare me saying my car was a ticking time-bomb. It wasn't. When I came to get my car an hour after the full diagnostics I didn't ask for was finished, the owner said he needed more time to "do what he needed to do still." Slightly concerning since there was nothing we agreed to repair yet, and of course when leaving, my car ran worse than it did when I got there. As a girl alone in Florida as I finish up my education, it's so disappointing to see the lengths people will go to swindle others. The owner states to have helped lots of fellow students from my school which worries me how many other people were suckered into spending money on things they didn't need from here. Do yourself a favor, and find an honest mechanic like Vimar up the block across the street from Full Sail University to help you with all your needs!

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Orlando Towing Group, LLC. While providing the…read moreservice I needed, they ended up damaging my vehicle in the process, specifically my rim. When the tow truck arrived, I expected the driver to handle my vehicle with care and expertise. Unfortunately, that was far from the reality. As they loaded my car onto the truck, they carelessly scraped my rim against the tow truck's equipment, causing noticeable damage. To make matters worse, Orlando Towing displayed a complete lack of responsibility for their actions. I was told (from the owner) to pay for the tow and the incident would get straightened the following day. The next day, I call and was told to come in (by an employee), only to show up to a junk yard with a vacant trailer. Not only did the owner go against his word, I had to wait an hour just for him to call me and try to send me to another location. I call back about an hour later (because he still has yet to show up) to let him know I was going to get a quote for the damage on my rim. He proceeded to yell and curse saying "I'm not paying for shit" and that I was threatening him. His dismissive attitude towards a customer's property and refusal to take responsibility for the mistake says everything about his character and the way he conducts business. My encounter with Orlando Towing Group, LLC was nothing short of a nightmare. From the negligent handling of my vehicle, resulting in a damaged rim, to their dismissive customer service and outright lack of professionalism, I strongly advise against using their towing services. Save yourself the frustration, inconvenience, and unnecessary expenses by seeking a more competent and trustworthy alternative.

When I activated the gate to go down, it got wedged on my sloped driveway (see attached picture) and to make matters worst, the truck was parked in the middle of the street and I couldn't move it because some safety feature wouldn't engage in drive/reverse. I called Paul, explained my situation and he dropped everything and was onsite within 30 minutes. He quickly diagnosed a solution, was able to lift the back of truck up a few inches and get the liftgate to operate and fold back up. Within 15 min, Paul had me sorted out. So yes, Paul is a superhero because he saved me from the wrath of my neighborhood blocking the street, saved me a significant amount of $ towing a truck back to Melbourne, FL and not mention the amount of loss time.
