I feel Enterprise has gone down hill, I've been using the consistently for 30 years! Also, there is a toll paying device (ez pass) in the car that to activate and utilize it you need to open it. It was already open and I was not told about it and drive thru tolls. Hopefully I don't get hit with toll charges in a few days. It wasn't on my final bill. Not sure if I'll be using them again.

I…read morecalled the place of business on 11/22/13 and I spoke to LUIS GUTTIEREZ (Owner) about renting a vehicle for a day. He told me that he has one vehicle that's available and he gave me the price for a one day rental ($110.13) even though that was still very expensive I needed the car so I agreed to it. Upon arrival t)o the place of business Luis Guttierez greeted us and he proceeded with filling up the contract. He changed the price from $110 to $159, I was not very happy with him at all. when I asked him about it, he stated that he does not know why it did that but I promise that I will fix it for you. So he hand written the original price on the contract then said that he is going to call his boss to see how to fix it. At that time I had no doubt that he is a (crook), so I left with the car. Later on that day he calls me and stated that is still working on, that his boss is going to fix the problem (I did not know that he is the BOSS at that time). So the next day I get a phone call from him stating that he could not fix the problem and that he is sorry by I will be charges the full price plus mileage, that's when I lost it with him. I called Avis office and I was told that he is the OWNER and that he never called them to try to fix any problems. That's why I called him a CROOK. Be aware do not do any kind of business with this guy, he will rob you.

Rented a vehicle through Costco travel. Quoted a price and made a reservation. Went to rental…read morelocation. Had to wait for 45 minutes for the owner (Luis) to show up. When he does, he tells me the only car available has a check engine light on and absolutely no gas. This is even though I had reserved it two days before. I needed it so I had no choice. He told me to keep a receipt for the gas I put in and we would work it out at the end. When I returned the car, with a quarter tank, he took the receipt and said I would be receiving a fuel credit for returning it for more than it had in it when I drove it off. Instead, my card was charged for $127 more than the contract price. Apparently, he never completed the paperwork correctly and AVIS charged me for receiving the car full and returning it with a quarter tank at their inflated fuel prices PLUS a refueling charge. Of course on the day I took the car out of the lot, his printer was having "problems" so I had nothing showing that I received the car empty. He refused to do anything about it to correct the problem - saying to resolve it with corporate. Stay away. He is a liar and a thief. Well-mannered and soft-spoken and will bite you in the end. Go to Enterprise.

This guy is not a mechanic at all. You take your vehicle to him deserve everything that he will not pick up pieces. If they're too heavy he'll tell you to go pick up an engineer transmission this is an unprofessional coward of a mechanic. He's going to get everything that he deserves.
