On the Way is like the title, he answered, got the symptoms from me, decided on plan and was prepared with the part without any hesitation. He was On the Way as we spoke. Why go to a shop when they can come to you? One reason is that they have to be reliable when you need them and be professional mechanics to correctly troubleshoot your car's problem. Zeke is that mobile mechanic that you can trust to get the job done.

I called him to discuss the upcharges and he admitted he upcharged on the parts and grossly upcharged on the labor and was sort of apologetic, however, offered no remedy or refund. I told him that we are now besties and he can make it right the next time I need his services. My daughter got into a fender bender a couple weeks later and I couldn't open the hood of my car for an oil change. I reached out to Ezechial, who ignored me. I went to Reutimann Collision repair and they were able to help in minutes at no charge! About a month ago my car started making a noise in the front end and I reached out again to Ezechial who once again ignored me. One star is far too generous for this man with no values, morals or work ethic. DO NOT call this man unless you just want to give away money - if thats the case, hit me up, I still need my car fixed.

He backed to car out of the bay and showed me that all the new lights worked as they should and they did. High Caliber repairs in Zephyrhills is not only inept but somehow arrogant as well. High Caliber is responsible for my car being destroyed. They were to fix a miss in my engine. Their "waiting room" is one nasty kitchen chair in parking lot. Another customer occupied so I had to stand. They had no secretary. They worked on my car for 3 hours and got nowhere. Half the time the mechanic was on phone. I had a question- no one in office- front of shop open- no choice but to approach mechanic. He rudely and angrily told me I could not enter shop. Meanwhile there was a lady standing in shop for an hour watching her mechanic. They finally tell me they need to order an injector and would call next day for time. They did not tell me to not drive car. I waited all day - no call. I called them the following day they angrily told me they had not called due to being busy. They did not acknowledge that they should have either told me they MIGHT call next nor take 20 seconds tell me of delay. When driving to new appt the miss had worsened and car caught afire. I paid tow company $120 to tow to them. They then said they would not look at car due to fire. I had towed to another shop to be informed that car not worth repairing due to fire. Worst auto repair experience ever.
