He showed me exactly where the problems were (which could be seen once my car was up on the lift) and we went over what repairs would be needed as well as a good estimate. The next day everything was completed and the wheels had been aligned (with a diagram from the machine showing the before and after). I want to say how excellent the service was and how everything was explained in detail and was professionally done. Will return for my next oil change. I highly recommend Midway for any maintenance or repair. Thank you!

Within 10 minutes of starting my trip I got a "tires low pressure" warning on my vehicle which remained throughout my travels back and forth, which gets very annoying. I took the car in upon my return and was told the tire sensors needed to be reset as there was a problem during/after the installation of the tires .. the problem has cleared up so far, but the tech blamed the auto company vs accepting responsibility for the poor job installing the tires in the first place. Might want to consider other options for tires..

Went in at 4:30 to my car sitting on the lot with a flat tire still and was told by the manager Joe when I confronted them about this lie "I don't know I was on lunch" tire finally came in on Wednesday and not mounted and balanced until close even though they had the tire all day (I told them what time I would be arriving and they knew it was a rush job since I did not live in the state) just to have my tire mounted and balanced right as they closed and screw up my brand new paint on my wheels causing paint to be missing and curb rash from their tire machine from their freshly out of high school workers. We were vacationing in the area over the 4th of July and wow was the area busy! The paper said that…read moreit was one of the busiest years ever in Rehoboth. People everywhere! Wouldn't you know, that is when our trusty vehicle decided to break down! But at least our good old SUV had the heart to do it in the best place possible! If there is such a thing as the right place to breakdown, that's where it happened! We met a wonderful woman who recommended this garage that just happened to be right down the road and not somewhere up the Coastal Highway which could have been called the Coastal Crawlway that weekend! She helped us so much, we are very thankful she was there! We rolled into this garage during their lunch hour and they jumped right on the situation. They said they knew they would have trouble getting parts if we needed something they didn't have since it was right before the 4th. Unfortunately we needed an alternator which most places don't happen to have just lying around, but they ordered it quickly and then everyone had to wait. We originally needed to go home on the 4th but realized that my wife's vacation just got extended! She and my son could wait, I was due back at work and I had to visit the great folks at Enterprise and drive home. This business was also great to deal with. My wife and son would be bringing the vehicle home and I hoped that this garage would repair the vehicle and make it safe and sound for them. They did everything that needed to be done and they kept her posted along the way! They were absolutely awesome! As soon as the part got there, they called my wife and told her that they were beginning to work on it, they let her know what time they thought they would be done and then when they finished (earlier than expected even) they called and let her know. She was able to plan her departure and get on the road that evening without feeling rushed or worried! They were extremely nice to all of us and we appreciated it so much! The vehicle ran like a top and she never once felt nervous during the long drive home! The pricing was very fair and reasonable and the service was above and beyond! This episode didn't come close to ruining our vacation and that is largely due to the fact that such great people were surrounding us the whole time! It was a busy time of year, it was hot and hectic and it could have been easy for all of these people to get frustrated, but everyone had smiles on their faces and worked so hard to get the job done! We really truly appreciate all that they did!
