The Brunch was held at the Hyatt Regency Hotel buffet style. The selection of what to eat was pretty good. The best part was once you get on the boat. When you get one they give your Valentine a rose and some chocolate, which was a nice touch. They also had Mimosas during your trip around the Miami Skyline. Now I will say this I which the music on the boat would've been better suited for Valentine's Day. They played more of the Electric/ Techno music but it was still a vibe so can't complain to much about it. Will definitely try to come back on other day. I was a nice experience.

Let me start by saying that I love that this service started from Miami Beach to Downtown and vice…read moreversa, it is GREAT to finally have a ferry, so I am very pleased about it and the ride is beautiful Yesterday I took it for the first time, the boat is great, very comfortable, just perfect, but a few things need improving, I hope that with time things can get better, first of all the slope getting on the boat from Miami Beach is very steep, I have an ankle brace and it was not easy to get on the boat, it is not disabled friendly, then the website, there should not be a service fee to buy tickets on the website, this saves time for the personnel on the boat selling tickets, why a service fee? Also, I could not find anywhere the $3 commuter tickets or packages, I have seen ads from you where you advertise that but, I could not find these anywhere on the website and then, most important of all the delay, we were there 15 minutes before departure as requested and nobody was there, at 6 pm the time the ferry was supposed to leave nobody there, no ferry, no personnel, so I called and they told me the ferry was 15/20 minutes late, I told the guy it would have been good if they texted the people that purchased the tickets online given they have all our details, he said it was posted on the website...............so, who goes back on the website once you have purchased the tickets? You should implement an automatic text alert for the customers that purchased the tickets informing them of the delay, so at 6.15 pm I did receive a text, this was 15 minutes from the original departure time, the alerts should be sent 15 minutes before departure or even earlier if you know there are delays, but ok, room for improvement, the problem is that we only left at 6.40 pm........ 40 minutes late; if you are planning to have commuters using this service you need to make sure that the ferry leaves on time otherwise you will never get this part of business, people need to arrive on time at work and if they are relying on the transportation you provide, you should really make sure to be on time, 5 minutes late it is fine but 40 minutes late it is definitely not. One more thing, you advertise that the crossing takes 20 minutes, yesterday by the time you leave and the time you get there and get off the ferry, it took 40 minutes, I think this is an important information especially for commuters that need to know the right time, if it is like that all the time, maybe you should specify it, I don't mind the 40 minutes but if I had to go to work I would want to know. Overall I love the service but you need to improve the service and if you expand to other places, I saw on the website that you will be going to Coconut Grove in the future, I will for sure use it but please get better so next time I can give you a 5 star @poseidonferry

OK there are few invitations that make me happy like an invite on a Chiva. If you are not familiar,…read morea Chiva is a colorful Colombian bus and in this situation it is open air and a party on wheels. Just add a perreo playlist and you'll feel like you're at Andres Carne de Res in Chia...or maybe that's just me. My friend booked one for her birthday and it was the most fun time. You can book the chiva for 2 hours and it drives you around Miami and drops you at a destination of your choice. We drove around Brickell, Wynwood, Little Havana and ultimately got dropped off in the Grove. The bus has bluetooth so whatever musical vibes you desire for the adventure is totally up to you. You cannot bring glass on the bus, but you are able to bring drinks. They have a cooler loaded with ice for you and the staff is super nice. You can also bring food - but I'd suggest hand held things since you're moving a lot. The best part about the Chiva is that you can dance since there are railings and ropes for you to hold on to while the bus is moving. Do nooooot miss out on the chance to get your Chiva on. I am not sure what the capacity is but we were a group of 12 and it's pretty affordable - we each paid $43. TLDR - book a chiva and live your best life!

Starting from the reservation they were pleasant and knowledgeable with what we wanted and needed. They followed up a week before the wedding to re-confirm all of the arrangements. If I could give 0 stars I would…read more I am sharing this so no other bride has to experience what I did on my wedding day. I confirmed all key details the day before the wedding, including passenger count, drinks, and music, and was reassured everything would be fine. Unfortunately, from the moment the driver arrived, the experience immediately went downhill. He questioned what we were bringing into the limo and insisted that eight passengers would not fit, creating unnecessary stress at the very start of my wedding day. The driver's appearance was unprofessional and he followed up his entrance by asking to use the restroom in my home, which I found inappropriate. When we asked about connecting to Bluetooth music, his response was dismissive ("some people figure it out, some don't"), and he began driving without helping. When asked again, his attitude became argumentative and uncomfortable. Throughout the ride, he continued making unnecessary comments rather than allowing what should have been a calm, celebratory moment for a bride. The most upsetting moment came upon arrival at the church. Despite claiming he had been there "300 times," the driver repeatedly said he did not know where to drop us off. We circled the church 5-7 times while the gates were clearly open and my family was waiting. At this point, the driver was annoyed that there was traffic in the church and even said under his breath "typically the bride and groom arrive in a Rolls Royce", insinuating that we were the reason he couldn't get into the church. I was overwhelmed and emotional, and the situation escalated to the point where the groom had to exit the limo in the middle of the road. I eventually had to ask the driver to stop speaking because his commentary was making the situation worse. After the wedding, we contacted Ara Limo about the experience and were told our tip would be refunded. Nothing was ever sent. Two weeks later, when we followed up, we were yelled at over the phone and asked, "How much do you want!?" instead of simply honoring what they had already said they would do. This interaction was just as unprofessional as the service itself. This was the only negative experience of my entire wedding day, which makes it especially disappointing. I expected professionalism, discretion, and support on a once‑in‑a‑lifetime day and received the opposite. I would strongly caution any bride from trusting this company with wedding transportation.
