Haven't yet been aboard but wanted to applaud this company for having what appears to be a very wheelchair accessible boarding option. I emailed in for pictures and it took a couple days and phone calls but staff was helpful in sending these to me (taken from both docks, Downtown Miami & Miami Beach). Looks like the ramp is always available, so no special arrangements are necessary, which is awesome - looking forward to trying it out.

We cruised for 2 hours listening to great spins from DJ Oscar. It was a blast! Great music, beautiful water views, friends, and drinks. Miami baby!!! Everything was well organized and the staff was friendly. The ferry is covered - so rain or shine you will have a good time. I will definitely come back to bring any visitors I get in town to enjoy this fun water tour of Miami.

If you're looking for a fun and easy we to get from Downtown/Brickell to South Beach, Poseidon Ferry is where it's at! I attended the Cinco de Mayo party on the ferry and had a great time! We had unlimited margaritas and a hot playlist from the one and only DJ Oscar Jr! The event was very organized and a really good time! There was plenty of space for sitting and dancing both upstairs and downstairs. They had a cash bar on the first floor selling pizza, hot dogs, liquor and non alcoholic drinks! The lady running the bar was super friendly and told us about other events at Poseidon Ferry, including weekend rides to South Beach! I really enjoyed riding the Poseidon Ferry and I look forward to checking them out again!

I booked the Miami on the Water sunset boat ride by Fiesta Cruises…read more It was a really nice experience and well worth the $35 per person. We went around the mansions and islands of Biscayne Bay for about 90 minutes as the sun set. The tour guide was informative while keeping things light and fun, and the DJ added to the atmosphere by timing songs from artists like Shakira, Jennifer Lopez, and Ricky Martin as we passed their homes. There were plenty of photo opportunities, and although the boat was on the smaller side, it didn't feel crowded. The top and front were open-air, with covered seating downstairs. Approaching the lit-up Miami skyline at the end of the ride was a highlight. The boat had a bar with reasonably priced drinks ($5 beers and $10 cocktails) and snacks available for purchase. The only downside was unclear check-in instructions. The email said the booth was inside Bayside Marketplace behind Chili's on the second floor. Right across from Chili's is a storefront for a different tour operator, and downstairs there are at least ten other booths with similar names, which made it confusing. After asking around, we learned the Fiesta Cruises booth was actually outside on the dock--you have to walk through the Tasca Paella restaurant to reach it. Once we found it, check-in and boarding were smooth. Parking at the garage can also be challenging, especially on weekend evenings or during events. My tour coincided with a Miami Heat game next door, which made traffic and parking more difficult and expensive (a $57 flat event rate). The company did send a warning email recommending public transit or rideshare. Even arriving an hour early, it still took about 40 minutes to park and locate the check-in booth.

Only down side is that there isn't a lot of seating and we didn't actually get to see Flagler island as mentioned. Oh and there is a guy there that is giving a raffle ticket and it's trying to sell you on a timeshare.

When my family was embarking on a cruise from Fort Lauderdale, I thought this would be the perfect opportunity to introduce my own kids to the Jungle Queen. It's a short boat ride that takes you through the canals behind the mansions and quasi-famous homes on the water. Your guide on board will tell you about the homes and landmarks you pass en route. There is a bar on board, so no need to sail sober! LOL There are also a few snacks for purchase. The air movement on the boat keeps you from getting too warm, even when the sun is blazing, but don't forget your sunscreen. There's no bad seat aboard. All in all, it's a nice little boat ride if you're looking to get outside and burn some time in Fort Lauderdale. There is a string of food shops along the waterfront outside the entrance, so you can plan to grab lunch or dinner before or after your ride. We really enjoyed our trip, but I'm deducting one star due to the boat traffic (which I know they cannot really help). Maneuvering around all the other drunks in their watercraft was kind of a drag.

I enjoyed standing in the front it was very enjoyable and just loved the sunset Florida has some of the most beautiful sunsets incredible. We arrived at the island and greeted with friendly people where all the entertainment began. We sat down and ate they brought the food bbq to the table brought is drinks during the dinner they had live music that followed outside fire dancers and hula dancing. Then you were able to walk around the island birds a few animals jungle vibe. Than back on the boat for a ride back. Food was chicken which was tender and tasty. Ribs that feel off the bone with extra bbq sauce. Corn bread coleslaw.
